”For $67 a night, it was a really nice hotel. The hotel room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I have problems sleeping, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a fan in my room. The room was a little cold and I wish the pillows were a little firmer, but overall it was a really nice stay and a really Comfortable stay. ”

”I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful! ”

”The shower didn't work. I asked for another room but after two hours' waiting I gave up and moved to another hotel. I am still waiting to get my money back.”

”I'm very impressed with The Inn at Old Town. The owners are great! The accommodations are very nice and the owner has done a fantastic job of making the space comfortable. Location to downtown is nice and convenient. ”

”Great view, walk to town, breakfast was disappointing”

”The room was outdated and should absolutely be renovated. The view from the balcony located next to the room was beautiful. The room was clean and sound proofing seems to be inadequate, but we had no issues as there were no neighbours and almost no traffic on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast was a very basic one.”

”"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
