”This property is really unique and comfortable to rent. It’s so close to the beach also! My family was able to stay here and easily access the property. Communicating with Susan, the property owner, was a breeze as she was knowledgeable on the area and available to give instructions for access. It rained for the majority of our stay but this rental has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the gorgeous Folly Beach weather. Really cannot say enough good things about how enjoyable our stay was!”

”Property was centrally located in a quiet safe neighborhood of Mt Pleasant. Only about a 10 minute drive to the beach or Charleston. House was well maintained and clean. It was well equipped for young children with a pack and play, a high chair, and some games. Some beach gear was included with the stay and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and basic pantry staples. The host was very hospitable and provided a guidebook on things to do. We had a wonderful stay overall and would stay here...

The only downside is the location—it backs up to a busy street and is right next to the airport. For light sleepers, this might not be the best choice, as traffic, planes, and loud neighbors made it a rough stay for us. ”This was an amazing stay for myself and my new Husband! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was truly the perfect spot for us. There’s a FANTASTIC coffee shop that is literally walking distance, such a cute house and backyard, and it’s on a relatively quiet street. It’s also very close to restaurants, shopping, and anything in between. Are you planning a trip to Charleston? You should choose this place!!! ”

”Wonderful stay for a traveling couple firat time to SC. Host communication was great, very timely responses. A list of Information from the host about nearby restaurants and where to go was helpful for navigating around Charleston for our short stay. The neighborhood is safe, with families & single persons out bicyling/walking in the area to see the sunsets at 2 park locations within walking distance. Being a coffee drinker, my favorite creamer was in the fridge! Additional welcoming touches...
