”The house was clean and simply decorated. The yard was completely fenced perfect for the little guys. Kitchen was completely functional, and the master bath had a wonderful shower. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Easy walking. Best part was the park four blocks away, and easy walk. It is hands-down the best playground I think I’ve ever experienced.”

”This was a great home. We traveled with our two small children and appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with supplies for us and them. Overall the house was extremely clean, the rooms were simple and uncluttered. There was even an air purifier which we appreciated given our son’s extensive allergies. There were plenty of towels and extra linens in the closets. Unfortunately it rained the whole time on our trip but the backyard was a nice size with a fire pit and grill. The neighborhood was...

”Everything was comfortable and felt like home.We didn't have a pet with us but, the back lot and sidewalks are perfect for walking one.The street was a quiet place at night.Our host was very professional and helpful.The only thing I would warn older guest of is that the front steps are steep. ”The Rutledge Cottage is a perfect 10! It is conveniently located in the historic district, charmingly appointed, clean as can be, comfortable and cozy! Check-in and communication with the host is effortless, fast and friendly. The cottage offers a wide array of reading materials in its little library and a great little back deck.
