"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. "The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen....

"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. "Sandpipers is a beautiful place to stay. It was neat and clean and had everything we needed. It is over 3 levels and the stairs are quite steep. The cottage is very central in the village. Peter sent clear instructions re getting the key and arranged a parking spot for the car. It was about 5-20 mins walk to the parking area.Looe is a very quaint fishing village with lots of interesting shops and a beautiful little harbour. We only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seahorses! The steps leading up to the property definitely kept us fit, however we knew about this before booking and the owner kindly left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to help us recover, which was a lovely little touch! The property was immaculate and modern, and the balcony and views looking out over the sea were absolutely amazing! James was very good at communicating before our stay and we will definitely be returning in the future.... A wonderful...

"A lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Elegant decor which gave the hotel a sophisticated feel. Our room was large and comfortable. The lift was faulty when we were there but assistance was offered with suitcases. Table service at breakfast accompanied with a buffet of cereal, breads and fruit. A little disappointed that there was a supplement to be paid for fish having already paid extra when booking breakfast. Overall a very nice stay."
