”On 6/21/25 we were coming from a 5 day sailing trip in the BVIs and forgot to read the “instructions” so we took a taxi at the ferry terminal. The driver had no idea where the house was. ”The property is very nice! I was just there for one night. I would definitely book for a longer stay. The owners are wonderful! We were trying to find the location using Google Maps, got super lost, St Thomas is NOT Google Maps friendly! ”We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future!”

”House has 4 beach towels 4 beach chairs 2 coolers - kitchen has everything you need - location is perfect - community pool not crowded at all - only complaints are the shower is VERY small and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Parking was not an issue ever. Outside upstairs patio is spacious and great for hanging out playing games etc. Murphy bed was comfortable and had a privacy curtain. Great place to stay close to downtown across Bay”
