”We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. ”The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase.
Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains...

”It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night.
