”Room was ok clean! Lobby smelled, amenities were horrible”

”Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. ”

”We had a horrible stay. The staff was rude. The restaurant often had wait times of the three hours for food. Things in the rooms were broken and when we called no one ever came, they did not have any place to get snacks or drinks nonalcoholic besides vending machine machines which subsequently also stopped working at one point. ”

”Property was beautiful and loved the location. We were able to walk to a grocery store and restaurants. View was amazing and the decor was very boho. Loved it! ”
