”place is run down and dirty . the staff is friendly but gave me the wrong room and then once they got it straight they gave someone else the same room we were in. We had just gotten back from dinner and some one had our room key to stay the night good thing we were both dressed ”

”The breakfast was decent. There was a roach that my mom saw in our room 2 times. And I had a ant in mine. Like usual with most hotels, I found some stains on the comforter. Thats why I never use them in hotels, cuz I know more than likely they are rarely cleaned. And that maybe the same with the sheets. I always look for signs of uncleanliness.”

”I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment.”

”We checked into a king suite with an in-room jacuzzi tub. It was actually very nice. The bed was awesome and extremely comfortable. The room smelled nice and had a nice window that actually opened for a nice breeze. It looked out over the marina so we could hear the gentle sway of the boats and the boat bells on the water. The jacuzzi tub was amazing; I could have lived in there forever. It was obvious that the rooms had just been upgraded and refreshed. Angela was very nice and was constantly...

”The room is clean and well-maintained. The shower has an opposite hot/cold dial adjustment. However, there is no welcome water available in the lobby or kitchen areas. When I requested hot water, the staff on duty was hesitant and slow to assist me, showing a lack of prompt service.”

”My family has taken several trips to Calvert county, but this is the first we've stayed at this hotel. This was, by far, my favorite place to stay. The breakfast is awesome, and my kids loved the indoor pool. The room was nice. The plants in the lobby and pool room are gorgeous. The hotel is in a perfect central location. Every staff member I dealt with was super nice.”

”our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again”

”Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.”
