Spectacular one story, 3 bedroom house with everything you could need, located in a quiet neighborhood, with walking trails, pond, and tennis courts. You are minutes from the expressway as well as all the Ballantyne shopping and restaurants. You really are a $5 Uber ride to everything. My number one goal is to make sure that you can have the best possible stay you can have!

Take a dip in our 2-foot deep soaking pool—perfect for a refreshing splash on hot days or an ice bath if you're feeling brave! It's open year-round for whenever the mood strikes. **Please cover when not in use for safety. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times around the pool.**

-5 minutes to Pineville
-15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park
-15 minutes to Premium Outlet Mall
-25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte (home of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte Hornets)
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

Area:
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. You would feel 100% comfortable going for a walk. There are also walking trails and a pond that you can fish in or just sit on a bench and enjoy the view.

Getting around:
You have a driveway so you don't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking. You can drive anywhere or spend $5 - 10 for an Uber ride. 5 minutes up the road is the light rail you can take to Uptown Charlotte, Carolina Panthers BOA Stadium, or Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Arena.

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. Ask for any recommendations! I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.
