The main level of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, complete with an island that offers seating for three and a coffee bar, featuring both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee pot for all your morning needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a gorgeous dining area that comfortably seats 8 and boasts vaulted ceilings, all while offering beautiful views of the lake. This space is perfect for gathering your group to enjoy meals, create lasting memories, and soak in the serene surroundings.

Next to the dining area is a spacious living room, furnished with two leather sofas and anchored by a river rock fireplace, creating a cozy spot to relax after a day on the lake. A large TV provides entertainment, and this living room, along with another gathering space in the home, makes it easy to unwind. The substantial primary bedroom on the main level offers sweeping lake views, a sizable bathroom with both a shower and a separate tub, and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom on the main level features a queen bed, with convenient access to a full bath located nearby next to the laundry room. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
