🚭 SMOKING
• No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside the house.
• Smoking is only permitted outside. Please do not ash on furniture or near doors/windows.
• A fine of up to $1,000 will be charged for smoking indoors or for any damage caused by smoke.

🐾 PETS
• Pets are welcome with prior approval (maximum 2 pets under 50 lbs).
• Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture.
• All pets must be declared in advance of your stay.
• Pet fee: $30 per pet per night (for stays 5 nights or less).
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets inside and outside. Any damage may result in extra charges.

🎉 PARTIES & EVENTS
• We do NOT allow parties, receptions, or events.
• Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• No loud music, noise, or gatherings that may disturb neighbors. 📢 NOISE POLICY
• If reports are received or if you are found playing loud music or being disruptive outdoors after 10 PM, a $500 fine will apply for each occurrence.
• If police are called for excessive noise, parties, or disturbances, guests will be charged $1,000 and the remainder of the reservation will be canceled without refund.

Please be respectful of our home and neighbors at all times. Inside the house, feel free to enjoy music and gatherings at normal levels, but always keep doors and windows closed when playing music.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, laundry room, and fenced backyard with gazebo, fire pit, and grill. Self check-in is available through a smart lock for your convenience.
