Cozy Spot close to Uptown QC!

A perfect space to relax and enjoy your visit in the Queen City area. The apartment complex is very quiet. For your comfort there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen and the other with a full size bed. A television is located in the living area and the master bedroom. This spot sleeps up to 5 with a very comfy chase in the living area.
You will be within a mile of South boulevard where you can catch the Blue Light Rail of Scalybark into uptown where there are lots of taverns, live music spots, and events without worry of parking costs. Visiting the Bank of America Stadium for football season is very easy without worry of parking costs.

Stayed for the weekend while in Charlotte for a concert. Perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and the pictures were very accurate. Any questions I had prior to check in were quickly answered.

We had a fantastic two-week stay in this cozy 2-bed, 2-bath unit. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and downtown Charlotte. The space was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a great home away from home for my colleagues and me. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Queen City!

The place was just as described and perfect for my stay. In town for a funeral and the location was perfect for me. Very clean. Easy check in and great communication. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment it was close to the Spectrum Center. I especially loved the good vibes corner great for photos. Place was clean, complex was quiet, communication with the host was great. I appreciated the air purifier in the living room. My suggestion is to change out the pillows they were flat, but that was not a deal breaker I would highly recommend and stay here again! I plan on returning in May 2025 for a comedy show.

We were going to a concert and just wanted a place to sleep so we could avoid driving home so late. The host allowed us to check in early so we were able to check in & chill before Ubering to the concert. It had all the amenities, clean and very cute inside. It was perfect.

An absolutely awesome property including a VERY caring and responsive owner! This property was was above and beyond anything we expected! FANTASTIC STAY! FANTASTIC WEEKEND! Will ABSOLUTELY be staying here again when visiting the Charlotte area! Highly Recommend this fantastic home and owner to anyone looking for an incredible stay in Charlotte!

The property was exactly what was advertised. The decor was contemporary and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was secluded but close to Uptown Charlotte. Would stay again.

We came to Charlotte for a concert. I found Candace’s listing, and it was perfect for two couples. Very clean, nice complex, easy to get to the rail line to go downtown. Candace was very prompt with responses to my questions. It really was a perfect stay!
