Nauti järvi-elämästä ja rentoudu Bally K: lla, viihtyisällä 3 makuuhuoneen mökillä suojaisella 1. 5 hehtaarin veden edessä. 28 minuutin päässä Charlotten keskustasta, 5 minuutin päässä I-77: stä

Tämä on pieni kaltevuuserä. Kaikki pääsevät helposti veteen. Ei askeleita kiivetä laiturilla, ei askeleita kiivetä kotiin pääsemiseksi.

Äskettäin uusittu keittiö, parketit ja uudet kalusteet. Peitetty ja suojattu kuistilla ruokailutila. Avoin kansi, josta on upeat näkymät järvelle.

30 'x 30' kelluva telakka. Syvä vesierä, jossa on yli 15 'vettä laiturilla, jopa talvikuukausina. Peitetty huvimaja sijaitsee veden yli nauttiakseen Norman-järven auringonlaskuista.

Käytä rajattomasti neljää kajakkia ja pystyssä olevaa meloa - kaikki ilmaiseksi vuokraamalla. Käynnistä ne telakalta tai hiekkarannalta veden reunalla. Upea uimarannalla, ei veneilyliikennettä, joten se on turvallista lapsille.

Tuo veneesi, laita sisään Haggar-puron yleisölle. Kapteeni alle 1/2 mailin päässä laituristamme, sitoa se yksityiseen veneen lippaan.

Time Warner -kaapeli Disneyn, Nickin, Nick Jr: n, Boomerangin ja kaikkien lasten kanavien kanssa. Play Station, Wii, paljon pelejä. Upea paikka lapsille nauttia kesälomasta.

Ilmainen laajakaista WiFi

10 minuutin ajomatka kohteeseen Target, Best Buy, Sam's, Wall-Mart, Dick, Belk ja muut. 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä hyvää ruokaa tai vie veneelläsi moniin Lakefront-ravintoloihin.

Rest and Relaxation

We loved our stay at this property. We had everything we needed and loved lounging on the dock and swimming in the lake. This vacation was the most relaxed I've ever seen my husband. We would definitely stay here again!

The owner was very thoughtful in furnishing the house- everything we needed and more was supplied (beachtowels/ throws/coffee pods/life jackets and so much more) The view of the lake and outside sitting areas were wonderful. Great stay at Bally K!

We booked last minute to do some house hunting and found this gem! Bally K is in an idyllic setting nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Even bad weather couldn’t ruin our visit. The convenience of tying up our boat was a huge bonus.Tim was kind enough to assist us with the boat launching. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival there was a generous fruit bowl and lovely flowers to welcome us. The whole place was sparkling clean and fresh.The bed was extra cozy and the shower was luxurious. Every night we grilled and made a fire in the family room. We would have preferred a sunnier week but Bally K was a delightful shelter from the storms. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Perfect Lakeside Cottage

Very much enjoyed our stay again! Thank you for sharing your home, and all the extras! We had a relaxing time and cannot wait to return! Comfy beds, screened-in porch with plenty of seating, the dock furniture was great for evening fishing or hanging out, and the sunning deck with umbrella is perfect for lounging. Loved the new couch and chair as well, and that the kitchen is always well stocked! Quality finishes make this one feel comfortable and like home!

Relaxing stay

The house is wonderful and the views were instantly relaxing! I stayed for a few days while in town visiting my parents who also stayed. It was the perfect location, tucked back into a quiet residential neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. The dock and spacious back porch were beautiful! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the lake and my parents really enjoyed their time. The hosts were responsive and the house was immaculate. I plan to return again!

Wonderful weekend getaway. Convenient location for food, and amazing home. Very clean and had tons of entertainment options for the kids. We selected this rental based on the ease of access from the home to the water (no steps) and it exceeded all expectations. Would love to revisit this home again!

Just The Best

First impressions are important. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Kudos to the cleaning crew. The Owners thought of everything! Plenty of towels, bath and beach. Stainless cookware and everything that was needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of ways to relax....we especially enjoyed the screened porch and gazebo on the pier. Our son and his family came to visit most days and they enjoyed the shallow entry to the water and the numerous paddleboards and kayaks. We had trouble dragging them out of the water to eat...Overall, one of the best vacation homes we have ever had the pleasure to rent. Top notch all around. Just the best Thank you

From Beach Bums to Lake Lovers

We have been vacationing to NC beaches for over 20 years and now LOVE the lake! This house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). In LOVE with this cottage!

We were in love with everything about this cottage! It was absolutely perfect…the location, the view, the dock, the lake, the amenities, the hosts, everything! The cottage was super cozy and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was amazing and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we could need. The view from all the windows and from the screened in porch and deck was breathtaking! Tom and Katherine were amazing and the most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had! They had fresh flowers, fruit, and goodies along with a handwritten welcome note when we arrived. They went above and beyond to provide us with everything we would need. They even put some wood in the fire pit for us after we messaged to find out where we could buy some wood. My family thoroughly enjoyed our first vacation to Lake Norman! We spent everyday either on the boat that we rented or swimming and floating right off the dock. The ladder made it so easy to get in and out. The evenings were spent cooking out and playing yard games by the water. We cannot wait to go back to the Bally K next summer!

Hidden Gem!

We were in love from the moment we turned into the driveway! Breathtaking view of the lake, cozy and inviting entrance to the cottage with windows that allowed views of the backyard and dock…just perfect for our week to enjoy the lake with family and friends.
