The Space:
Welcome to your delightful getaway! Our spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is the perfect retreat for your stay. With tasteful furnishings and thoughtful amenities, our single-family townhome comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Please note that parking is available in the driveway only, and the garage is not accessible to guests. Allow us to walk you through each space and highlight the included amenities:

The kitchen and dining area provide a welcoming space to gather and enjoy meals together. The dining table with seating for six ensures ample room for everyone. Additional seating is available at the large kitchen island, which features four bar stools. You'll find a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, along with a microwave, oven, stove, and toaster for your culinary needs. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee are provided to kick-start your mornings. Basic cooking ware, utensils, and dishware are also available for your convenience.

Retreat to the master bedroom, where a plush king-sized mattress awaits, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers privacy and amazing views on the top floor. It includes an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. A bedside table and lamp complete the cozy ambiance.

The second bedroom features a comfortable king-sized mattress and an en-suite bathroom. Bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe provide ample storage for your belongings.

In the third bedroom, you'll find another cozy king-sized mattress, bedside tables with lamps, and an en-suite bathroom.

The full bathroom, conveniently located in the common area, features a toilet, sink, and a shower/tub combination. Toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

The living space offers a plush corner couch, additional chairs, and a cozy throw blanket, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the ROKU TV, where you can easily log in to your streaming services. The space is filled with plenty of natural lighting and additional lamps for a warm and welcoming ambiance.

The entire 3BR townhouse space will be yours during your stay. Please be respectful of neighbors. Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions prior to their arrival. An access code for the lock will be provided for easy and contactless self-check in.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. Property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

No garage parking - driveway and street only.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
