I recently stayed at the Motel 6 and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.
The most concerning issue was the cleanliness of the room. I found roaches inside the microwave (I have photos documenting this), which was extremely unsanitary. The bathroom also had visible mold and mildew, and the room consistently had a damp, musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in.
Additionally, the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned. There was urine residue along the sides and visible pubic hair present when I arrived, which raised serious concerns about the room’s sanitation standards.
Another issue during my stay was the constant noise from ongoing patchwork which made it difficult to rest.
I do want to acknowledge Ms. Stephanie, who was very kind and professional during my interactions with her. She was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant experience.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their cleaning and maintenance standards for future guests.
