Newly Renovated 1900 Mill Home for rent in popular NoDa! Quartz countertops with a massive kitchen island! The outside is the PERFECT oasis to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Huge Deck, with nice outdoor patio, grill, outdoor countertops, and sink and TV. Everything you need for your stay! Walkable to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Easily accessible to the light rail, either by the 25th or 36th street stops!

1900 renovated mill house with modern rustic charm! Upgraded floors, countertops, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances!

Note: House is located in a perfect location! However, it is located on a busy street, so you can hear traffic or walking noise from inside of the house.

Note: House is dog friendly, there is even a dog door! However, if your dog can not be trusted in the house alone without damaging furniture chewing baseboards, or potential accidents in the house, please bring a dog crate and use it when needed. Thank you!

Note: This house was built in 1900 and was remodeled by myself, expect charm and character :)

There is a driveway on the property to fit up to 3 cars! Free parking across from the street if more cars or spots are needed.

Other things to note:
House is located in NoDa and is located in a popular area full of restaurants and bars. Therefore expect car traffic noise from inside the house, and it can get loud due to people walking around outside.

The property was incredibly convenient to the Charlotte uptown area and the North Davidson area. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, and we appreciated having a fenced back yard for our dog. Overall a good stay. We did not have a lot of communication with the host, but all of the entry instructions, check out instructions and WiFi access was already provided and worked once we arrived. We did not use the outside furniture. The only constructive criticism I would provide is that the outside furniture hadn’t been wiped down and cleaned up before our visit. Because there was a cold snap, we wound up not using it so it didn’t impact our trip or overall enjoyment of the house and its location.

Cute Home, Great Location

Great spot with a little of everything...close to food, rail access, bars...dog friendly area. Very cute home with everything you need for your stay. Dogs loved the back yard, especially the squirrels in the tree!

Fantastic Home in NoDa

We were a family of five visiting our son in NoDa for five days over Easter. The home was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed for our Easter dinner. The house was tastefully decorated and beautifully renovated. Walking distance to many establishments in NoDa such as Haberdish, Heist Brewery and Sunflour Bakery/Cafe. Definitely recommend!

Night away

Very nice home in a great location. Check in was a little bumpy as the code to the door would not work. I reached out to the owner and it took about 15 minutes to get a call back (she was driving). She got it sorted for us and then no issues for the rest of our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Charming

A very charming small updated mill house located within short drive to Downtown Charlotte. Short walk to fun bars and eating establishments in the No Da area. Nice covered patio for gathering too.

Didn't Meet Expectations

If you're considering booking this place, I think it's important to know the reality. The cleaning of the house was rushed and incomplete, and the communication with the host was very poor. All the issues below were told to the host, and none were rectified during our stay. In fact, most of my messages to the host were ignored, and the response time was over a day, even for something urgent. - The shower and sink were clogged and backing up. The kitchen shower was unusable. I notified the host and she didn't respond. - They only left 3 rolls of toilet paper total for 4 people staying 5 days. Asked if there was more: no response. - There was a garbage bag of dog poop left in the outdoor kitchen sink covered in flies. Notified: no response. In addition to the things I tried to contact the host about, there were other things that I found odd for a highly rated rental: - There was no toaster - There were no tissues - The toilet paper was paper-thin, like you'd find in a college dorm... not a 5-star rental. - There was no welcome paper with instructions for the house, check-in, check-out, local recommendations, etc. - Two lights were out in the bathroom In addition, you should note that the owner does not have any security or cameras to monitor the place while you're away, so you will need to supply that yourself. On the positive side, the kitchen is large and nice, with a big fridge, freezer, and dog bowl. Fenced yard. The cleaners were quick to drop off towels they forgot.

Nicely updated house in a great area

The house is located in a great spot close to restaurants and things to do. Parking is simple, easy, and free. The house has been nicely updated and the owner is responsive. I would definitely come back on future trips to Charlotte.

Girls weekend

There were a few minor repairs needed, burned out light bulbs, tired linens and bedding, shortage of towels, especially hand towels, hand soap, and tissues. We went to the store and bought some of these items. Overall it was a good stay in a great part of town.
