Ran in to a small hiccup when we arrived late night for check-in , Brittany literally got in her car and drove to location to help us at 11 pm and served with a smile . We unfortunately had to move rooms next morning due to an appliance situation ( no one's fault ) again here comes Brittany serving with a smile . We get settled they checked on us to make sure everything was ok and it was . We stayed for 8 nights and every single worker we encountered from the front desk to back of the house greeted us with a smile and a “ Good morning/ afternoon etc… we celebrated Easter during our stay it was so nice to be able to still cook my usual feast on their full sz appliances ( literally everything I make at home ) and invite our local family members to come celebrate with us . You can’t get any of this at a regular hotel . It literally was like a home away from home . We were 7 mins from shopping / restaurants and 15 mins from Concord mall ( ( huge mall/outlet stores we were their for hours and still didn’t see entire mall )) Any future trips we plan to visit our daughter and other family WILL be staying at the Charlotte North location . Check it out it’s worth your dollar . Not to mention our whole entire week costed the same amount we would have been charged for a 3 or 4 nights had we chose to stay at a regular hotel . That full kitchen saved a bundle on food . Def worth it . Just ask for Brittany tell her that her new travel friend from New York sent you !!!!! Enjoy :)
