$25/day fee or $150/week for long term stays

SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine

EARLY CHECK-IN: If we are able to accommodate an early check-in, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

LATE CHECKOUT: If we are able to accommodate a late checkout, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

- Extra towels/sheets are located in the closet

Surveillance cameras are placed outdoors for security. There are none inside the apartment units. Minut device in the unit for noise level.

An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate your needs. Let us know in advance, and we’ll arrange it for you.

Please note: There is a train track nearby, and while trains do not pass frequently, you may occasionally hear some noise when they do.
