”We arrived in the dining area at 9:06 am. Kitchen staff were removing all of the remaining breakfast items. In fact, a rude staff member stepped right in front of us to remove items. Items that were undoubtedly thrown in the trash!
And, there was no coffee left. We turned to a woman that appeared to have some management responsibility. When asked about the breakfast and coffee, she curtly responded that it was hotel practice to close at 9am on weekdays. She was holdind a large cup of coffee,...

”The Holiday Inn in Ruckersville is farther outside of Charlottesville than I would normally stay when visiting that city, but was necessary due to a concert causing all the rooms closer in to be booked. It was convenient to the main route into the city on 29, provided a very clean room and acceptable breakfast. The pool was outdoor and so not yet open at the time I visited.”

”Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”

”This is advertised as a hotel but is a motel. My daughter and I arrived at 9:30pm and there was no one there and instead, a sign to call a sister hotel. The light in front was blinking and I didn’t feel safe staying. I tried to get a refund through the hotel and Expedia as we did not stay and both refused. Absolutely terrible”

”This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean! The free breakfast had many choices and the staff was available for help. The rooms were very spacious with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop and microwave. There were plates, glasses and silverware. They even left a minature bottle of dishsoap and a scrub mommy to clean the dishes!
I highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and we loved staying there!”
