Täysin sijaitsee 1 kilometrin päässä Downtown, 2 kilometrin päässä UVA ja lyhyen ajomatkan Interstate viinitarhan pääsy, tämä koti on täydellinen sopii suurille perheille, häät, bachelorette osapuolille! 2000 + m², 5 queen-vuodetta ja aidattu takapihalla on runsaasti tilaa kaikille!

Saapuessasi löydät vuoteesi valmiiksi ja valmiiksi, sekä kaikki tarvittavat pyyhkeet ja hygieniatuotteet, jotka on asetettu sinulle saapuessasi. Lisäksi sinulla on pääsy täysin varustettuun keittiöön, mausteisiin ja välttämättömiin kahviin. Ajotiellä on pysäköintialue ja kadulla talon edessä ja vieressä on paljon pysäköintipaikkoja.

EI OSAPUOLET: Asuinympäristössä kotona pyydämme, että vain sinä ja luetellut vieraat viettävät aikaa kotona loman aikana. Pyydämme myös, että melutasot hallitaan klo 11.00 jälkeen, jotta saataisiin korkeatasoinen sydämellisyys naapureidemme kanssa. Sinä ja vieraasi ovat tervetulleita juhlimaan, kun näette sopivan kotiin, kunhan se ei häiritse naapureitamme tai jos kutsumme paljon muita ystäviä!

BACHELORETTE PARTY -SÄÄNNÖT: Vaikka edellä mainitussa talopolitiikassamme todetaan, että "puolueita" ei ole sallittua, olemme iloisia voidessamme toivottaa vieraat hauskaa bachelorette-viikonloppua muutamalla yksinkertaisella ehdolla. Älä kutsu muita vieraita talossa oleskelevien lisäksi. Pyydämme sinua kunnioittamaan perhekeskeistä naapurustoa kunnioittaen melutasoa, etenkin ulkona ja yöllä. Pyydämme sinua kunnioittamaan tilaa ja kohtelemaan kotiamme kuin omaa. Tämän lisäksi olemme iloisia voidessamme järjestää bachelorette-juhlia pyynnöstä!

Toisin sanoen, jos etsit hauskoja tyttöjen viikonloppuja viinitiloilla ja kylpylöillä, ja ryhmäsi viettää aikaa yhdessä kotimme yhdessä nauraa, siemailla samppanjaa ja avaa lahjoja, toivomme, että pidät kotimme! Mutta jos suunnittelet suurta tapahtumaa, jossa on paljon ulkopuolisia vieraita, pyydämme sinua etsimään muualta.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT: Yritämme olla joustavia sisään- ja uloskirjautumisaikojen mukaan tapauskohtaisesti. Ole hyvä ja ilmoita meille, ja voimme voida sovittaa aikaisemman saapumisen tai myöhemmän lähtöä.

We were in town for our son's wedding. This property was 1.1 miles from our daughter's house. The Local where the rehearsal dinner held was five minutes away. For us the location was fantastic The owner left snacks and a lovely welcome letter with all the things we needed to know . The wall in the kitchen sharing favorites places and Wifi access and other things that many guests will appreciate knowing, was unique and tastefully done. The Rivanna river trail has and entrance just one block away which we walked each morning. We just returned home and were grateful to the host and the house for making a comfortable place for my sisters and other daughter to stay. It added to a beautiful weekend.

This property was perfect for our needs. Four college dorm mates planned a four-day, three-night stay to tour the homes of Jefferson, Madison, and Monroe, plus the UVA campus. All of our destinations, including restaurants, were an easy drive from the house. The house was outfitted with everything necessary to make our stay completely comfortable.

I actually booked this for my parents and their friends who attended mine and my wife's wedding in the area. It was a great place: clean, spacious, reasonably close to downtown. It's perfect for big groups. On top of that, in the frenzy to leave town, some people forgot some items in the house, and they kindly sent these items back to us via mail! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely home away from home and the owners are a dream to work with. They responded quickly to all my questions and really made us feel welcome. The house is immaculate inside and looks exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood appears to be in "transition" and I admit we were worried when we drove up, but once we stepped inside the house everything was perfect. There was a lovely welcome basket and a personal note to greet us. This home is large - plenty of space for our group of 8. We were supplied with all the necessities and the kitchen was well stocked. And I must say that every one of us remarked on just how amazing the beds were. You will get a great night's sleep! My only suggestion would be to put a king bed in the MBR . There's plenty of room:) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Loved this house and the hosts were so accommodating! Comfy beds, lots of space, and lots of thoughtful touches. Loved the wall with all the info about the area! We were visiting for a family emergency and had to add a night to our stay and Hunter made it super easy to do so.

Really nice property - really had everything we wanted. Was VERY clean and well stocked. Multiple bedrooms that worked great for us. Managers were so easy to work with and were very responsive. Allowed us to stay a few extra hours to get packed up following a wedding. The only issue was were surprised there was someone living in the basement. Absolutely zero impact on us - we never saw nor heard them - but did not see it in the description - maybe it was there -but don't remember it. Know that hanging out on the deck may be discouraged after 11 pm - it was not an issue for us. I give 5 stars because it was 5 stars. Thanks, Andy

This property was wonderful for our adults-only friends and family reunion! Plenty of space and stocked with all the essentials - only thing I would call out is while the vrbo listing is factually correct, I wouldn't count an air mattress in the living room as "a bedroom" (there isn't a pull out couch). Just something to account for if going with a big group and banking on a 5th bedroom.

The property was clean, spacious, beautiful and located in a residential neighborhood. Upon arrival we found a box of snacks awaiting us on the kitchen table, which I thought was a very nice touch. Great location! Easy drives to supermarkets, local bars/restaurants and the UVA campus. Six longtime friends stayed at this property to attend a football game and we were all glad we chose this property. We had one issue with the front door lock but that was quickly resolved by the host. Highly recommended!

Everything was just what we needed. Easily found it, access with 4 digit code, whole place was stocked and functional with extra things like soap, trash bags, TP, paper towels so didn't even have to hit a store up. Plenty of room for large group to be comfortable!
