The Belleview Retreat serves as a perfect starting point for exploring local vineyards and breweries. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, attending a wedding, celebrating a graduation, joining a UVA event, or simply looking for a relaxing escape, our home offers a comfortable and convenient stay.

Our family-friendly space includes a high chair, a Pack n' Play, children's books, games, and an umbrella stroller, ensuring that even the littlest guests are well catered for. For larger groups, we provide a queen air mattress to accommodate additional sleeping needs.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV and access to various streaming services, offering entertainment right at your fingertips. Just off the back deck, discover a cozy, detached studio - an oasis of privacy and comfort. This thoughtfully designed space comes with its own temperature controls, ensuring a personalized, comfortable environment. The host was very welcoming and the amenities provided went above and beyond. Seeing the home well-stocked with bath towels, pillows, and kitchen items that we typically forget to bring like ziplock bags and aluminum foil were a huge plus in helping us feel more comfortable. And I can’t forget to mention the kids items—high chair and plenty of toys and books! We had a slight plumbing issue and the host was quick to respond and work with us to resolve the issue.

Very nice house. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of seating in the living room/dining room. I gave the location 4 stars as it is on what seemed to be a very busy thru-street, and sometimes parking in front of the house was not always possible. Great communication with the host, and we did not have any issues during our stay.

Girls weekend

Perfect accomodations for a girls weekend in Charlottesville. The beds were so comfy and plenty of space to cook and play games and hang out together. Well stocked house with lots of thoughtful extras. Host was super communicative and really accommodating. We will be back.

Terrific property for family and friends

We had an excellent experience for UVA game and Parents weekend. The house is comfortable and well stocked and a few blocks from a shopping center all tailgating needs. WiFi was great and Uber access to and from town several times was quick. A thoughtful coffee bar is a nice start to the day. Nice quality linens and towels and a quiet street with ample parking. We highly recommend this property.

great place when visiting UVA

we were in town for UVA graduation. This home was a perfect distance from grounds and comfortable to fit my whole family and grandparents. I loved the first floor master for the grandparents to use. The rooms were clean and comfy! The driveway was occupied by the tenant who lives in the basement but we were able to easily park 3 cars in front of the house. The property manager was great! He was easy to communicate with and even allowed us to check out late so we could go to church and lunch with our graduate. It was a great place to retreat to after a busy graduation day!

Ladies tennis weekend

The house has everything you need. Including make up wipes, several kinds of coffee, laundry detergent, etc. it’s decorated super cute and is very convenient to everything that you want to do in Charlotsville. The only reason we did not give the property five stars is because the listing says there are three bathrooms. There are actually two full baths and 1 1/2 bath. The fifth bedroom that is located adjacent to the main house does not have a bathroom so whoever is staying out there has to come across the deck into the main house to use the restroom. This was a little bit strange. We blew a few, and the host was very responsive!
