Step inside our charming semi-detached house, perfectly designed for your Charlottetown getaway. The heart of the home is the fully equipped Kitchen, ready for you to prepare delicious meals with all the essentials provided, from a coffee maker to a baking sheet. Adjacent, the comfortable Living room offers a relaxing space to unwind. You'll find two inviting Bedrooms upstairs, each featuring a Queen bed and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. The Full bathroom provides a bathtub for your convenience. Outside, enjoy the fresh air on the Patio or in the Backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. A Laundry room with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay. Please note, the bedrooms are located on the second floor and require climbing stairs.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house, including the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, laundry room, patio, and backyard. Enjoy the convenience of a key code for easy access.

For entertainment, Red Shores Race Track and Casino, the Eastlink Centre, and the PEI Brewing Company are all within walking distance or a quick drive. Getting around is easy! You're within walking distance of downtown Charlottetown, making it simple to explore the city on foot. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is just a short 5-minute drive away. Public transportation options are available nearby, providing convenient access to various parts of the city. Parking is available for one vehicle off-property, with additional free street parking (subject to time restrictions). During snow days, parking is available two blocks from the property. Major transit hubs are easily accessible, allowing for seamless travel throughout Charlottetown and beyond.
