The hotel has 2 building each on right/left side of Grafton. We checked in at the main building and asked to go the second building across the street where parking space (dark with no light)are at the back and customer needs to go in from the front around the building with their luggages. Further, the included breakfast is continental with few choices and awful coffee and juice, and not as shown on Expedia's pages. In short, a cheap place.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but the place is dated....paint chipping off the outside, black mould around bath. No cots available. Now, we stayed in the other building across the street so maybe the rooms in the main area are nice, but the other building is a no. Smells like smoke. The elevator when it reaches the 3rd floor makes a terrible drop, that scared the crap out of us all...and only 5 ppl in it. We started taking the stairs.

Staff was friendly. Easy check in. Building is dated, but they are doing renovations. Hallway still has old carpet and smells of cigarettes. However I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. No carpet. Clean. Comfy bed. No smell! Breakfast was apples, yogurt, cereal, bread,bagels and juice or tea/coffee. Was hoping there'd be more options...but for the price point i didnt expect it. Will definitely book here again.

I understand the place was under renovations. The staff were friendly. It was clean enough. Our card kept deactivating so we had to keep going to the desk across the street to fix it. My mobility is bad so this was inconvenient. The sheets on the bed were flat sheets that did not fit, so we were sleeping on the mattress protector partially. The fridge did not close properly so our food did not stay cold. (We were there for a tournament with teen boys so we had to bring lots of food) halls and lobby areas smelled of smoke and not sure what. Here was barely anything for the “tasty breakfast” the bread and bagels were fresh at least but it wasn’t a great selection. Likely will not be back unless things improve alot

The property needs renovating. We did like how central it was to the things we wanted to do - especially St. Dunstan's Basilica and the venue for Anne and Gilbert the Musical.

Hotel needs exterior work but that's forgivable. Room was clean but it also needed work like a rusty showerhead. Windows opened but had no bug screen. I forgot two chargers on the table and called the hotel within two hours of checking out but the person said no one was there to look into it and to call back Monday. Monday I visited the hotel but they said nothing was found.

The room was dirtier than you or your dog could imagine. The toilet had a ring of mold. The tub wasnt cleaned at all; No screen on the window, broken air system, no pool access, no tub stopper, the fridge was unplugged and smelled horrible, the carpet was not vacuumed, the dusting wasnt done for what looked like months, the wallpaper is all ripped or stapled to the wall, there was no fitted sheet, there was dark black hairs in my bed. And the staff were not helpful, did not listen to my words and made me feel ignored completely, but with a smile, which made it worse.

I've probably stayed in over 20 hotels in the last year and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, they smelled horrible, breakfast was only toast and bagels, no eggs, bacon or waffles (at least have a waffle machine if your hotel is crap) . I Will NEVER EVER stay in this hotel again. To put this review in perspective, I'm the most easy going person you will ever meet and if a person like me says its BAD.... its BAD

Les photos sont non représentative, l’hôtel a au moins 10-15 de plus d’âge en réel. Beaucoup de bris, plafond coulé dans le couloir, tapisseries roule et est tachée. Le plafond de stucco est sale comme si un breuvage avait explosé au plafond et n’avait pas été lavé. Dans la bâtisse des chambres située devant l’hôte sa sent le pot ça aucun sens et ça sens dans les chambres c’est franchement dégoûtant.

Staff was great. But the rooms thermostat was constantly at 25.5 degrees ce.sius. very warm in room. I turned it down still 25.5. If you like sweating it is ok. Had a very poor sleep. But staff were great and friendly

Was not impressed with the hotel. Did not know until check in that our room would be in a different building and across the street from the main lobby. The idea of taking our kids to the pool was no longer an option for us. The hallways in the building smelled and the rug in the room didn’t not look clean. The hotel in general looks run down. Not a place I’d book during my next visit

The first room we were given was disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, spilled food on the table that wasn’t wiped up. The pool was grimy and the main drain cover was sitting on the pool deck so the drain was wide open. I alerted the front desk to this safety issue and the drain cover was still sitting there 2 hours later. After an hour of being there and walking around the building and seeing how dirty it was we decided to try and get a refund for our booking and go somewhere else. The hotel staff wouldn’t accommodate this request but did offer to change our rooms. We went to the new room and it did look better but still not worth the money. The next morning when we could see the room better in daylight it was just as dirty. There were numerous spots on the wall that had dried brown liquid running down the wall and also on the baseboard heater. Would never stay there again

This property has the potential to be a fabulous place however it needs to be updated and the breakfast could be a lot better ie maybe add a waffle/pancake maker and maybe some boiled eggs

The room itself wasn’t too bad but the building and the hallways were in rough shape. Bad smell, cracked or peeling walls, and just felt dirty. The sink in our hotel room didn’t drain.

we didn’t have a sleep that night because of the fight happened next room and the police was show up since these punch of people had a birthday party and they fight together and banging our doors and my kids started to cry and scared that they will enter the rooms Plus the ventilation system is super noisy with smoky smell rooms and noise from the connected rooms

The place is falling apart, I went to change the toilet paper roll and the holder was falling out of the wall. There are many issues with this place and I wouldn’t stay there again for free, let alone pay
