Downtown Heritage Gem lähellä rantaa ja kongressikeskusta

Tämä historiallinen omaisuus on alunperin rakennettu vuonna 1844. Se on viisi (5) tiili paksu! Sen katto tuhottiin tulipalossa 1869, mutta loput rakennuksen säilyi ennallaan. Yksi isät Confederation asunut tässä hotellissa aikana kuuluisan konferenssissa. Nykyään tämä historiallinen helmi ulkokuori pysyy sopusoinnussa sen alkuperäisen rakentamiseen. Kuitenkin sen sviitit on kokonaan uusittu sisältäen kuusi (6) laitetta (joissa on liesi, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu), täysin varustettu keittiö. Kylpyhuoneessa on erillinen suihku ja kynsilakka kylpyamme. Suuri makuuhuoneessa on uusi, mukava, queen-size-vuode ja tilavat kaapit, joissa on puiset ripustimet. Sviitissä on kova puulattiat ja kymmenen (10) jalka-kattoa. Tarjoamme myös off street parking meidän omaisuutta sekä internet ja kaapeli. Aikaisemmat vieraat ovat rakastaneet sitä, tämä sarja on viisi (5) minuutin kävelymatkan viihdettä, ravintoloita, kahviloita, pubeja, kauppoja, ja ranta Boardwalk. Asiakkaat usein pysäköidä autonsa heidän koko Charlottetown loma ja kävellä kaikkialla. Tämä sarja on myös hyvä paikka palata jälkeen päiväretkiä muualle saarella. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were exactly as shown and as described. The unit is located perfectly, close to the harbor, restaurants and parks, all within walking distance. The host provided clear communication with regard to gaining access and was quick to respond and was very accommodating.

This is a really nice apartment in a fantastic location. It is within a few blocks of the downtown core and just a block or two from lots of restaurants, pubs, local retailers and the Harbour Waterfront. The most surprising thing, to me, was how quiet it is at night. So near all the action but that block of separation keeps the noise away, so easy to get a restful night's sleep. The Manager was super helful and easy to reach. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place!

This place was beyond our expectations in terms of location, living space, comfort and cost. It was spacious and user-friendly. The hosts were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating; if there was ever an issue or a need, they responded quickly and efficiently. We loved being downtown and in walking distance of the waterfront and the whole downtown area. We would easily stay here again if the opportunity arose. Many thanks to our hosts Laurie and Alan!

Amazing location and clean apartment

Laurie was a great host. She was patient and very responsive as our arrival time kept changing and we had minimal access to the internet. The apartment was very clean and offered great spaces. We would highly suggest to anyone looking in the area!

Awesome location!!

This was a great condo and suited our needs perfectly. It’s 1 block away from the wharf and 1 block away from all the great restaurants, pubs and cafes. Parking is included right behind their building. Laurie was an excellent host and kept in touch in case we had any questions or issues. The condo itself was awesome - great WiFi, comfortable bed, nice kitchen. We spent most of our time at all the golf courses but the little time we were actually in the condo it suited our needs perfectly. Would definitely rent this place again!!!

What a great week we had in this property. Spotlessly clean, quiet and so close to amenities. The apartment was much larger than it looks in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Would definitely return next time we are in PEI

Great location! Nice and clean.

Our stay was lovely. You really can't beat the location - right downtown Charlottetown. There was lots of parking to be found on the street, too. The space was quite roomy, kitchen fully stocked with utensils, the wi-fi signal was good, and linens were great quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay ,great location , walking distance to habourfront

june20th to 27th 2018 , my wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary, we had never done b&b . We decided to check VRBO and found a quaint apt , was worried but decided to do it anyways . Thank Christ we did , the place is centrally located downtown within walking distance to harbour front a many great restaurants, when we got there our host Laurie was waiting , she gave us some info about the places and areas to go to ,we also went to the travellers information centre where we received a lot more info from the staff which were nice and friendly and very helpfull , the place is furnished well , has a bedroom , washroom,laundry room, kitchen and dinette area and living rm . It was much nicer than just a hotel rm at at lot less money I will definitely stay there again thank you very much Laurie for your graciousness signed Robert and Patricia knight Ps you have to go to the Water/ Prince restaurant for chowder. The best in the area

June 27th to the 30th, 2018 We were blown away with the apartment and our host Laurie. She is a caring host who wants you to have a wonderful time in such a great heritage town and the building she has her apartments in. Accommodations are spotless, she has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to everything just park your car you won't need it. It was my birthday while we were there so we decided to go to the performance of Jesus Christ Superstar that is playing at the Confederation Center right across the street from where some folks recommended the restaurant in the Humboldt Hotel for steak dinner. They were so right, awesome meal. The show was memorable great voices. Super evening. Only thing we could say is we needed to stay a week not 3 days. Just not enough time to do it justice. Perfectly planned and executed

We loved the host and the habitat! Perfect location to explore old Charlottetown. Surrounded by great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. We made it our home base for 3 days of exploring PEI and enjoyed every minute of our stay.
