”This a mid range hotel. Not the best not the worst. Hotel has a definite smell not repulsive but not clean and fresh. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast typical for mid range. Make your own waffle was acceptable. For @ $100 not bad and location was good.”

”The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. ”I went into this having read the reviews, so I didn’t expect much. I was actually surprised with how clean the room appeared. It smelled strongly of some sort of perfumed cleaner. No bed bugs or visible bugs. Day 1 was fine. It’s not a nice, nice place but good for a quick stay while passing through. This does appear to be the kind of hotel that people live at or, maybe DSS helps pay for their stays? Grilling in the parking lot looked like fun but led me to believe our parking lot neighbors were...

”We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price.”

”The motel was not well lit and hard to find after dark. The check-in is easiest from the back, so it looked like the place was deserted, which it wasn’t. Better lighting could help a lot with that. ”I had called to see if there was a plug outside to charge the batteries in my boat. None of them were working so we plugged in the water fall. The owner got mad and un pluged the boats. If you are in a bass tournament DO NOT STAY THERE!”
