”The front desk staff were quite rude when asked basic questions. The room i had, 817, was in horrible condition. floors were dirty, toilet paper holder was haphazardly hung on the wall and fell off during my stay. I wont be coming back as there are plenty of options in that area to stay and get a higher quality of service. The only bright point was the bartender. The food was good and the service was what I expect from a Hilton hotel.”

”This place is terrible. We first wanted to simply add another day to our reservation but was told we could not make any "changes" without losing our initial payment because it was "non-refundable." We weren't canceling, we were adding another day. Expedia was no help. We just added another day under a different reservation to avoid this ridiculous policy. The hotel was in a sketchy area. The room smelled of Marijuana and urine. The bed was broken, the legs bending and the bed rocking left and...

”Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children.
