Gîte Ma Campagne - Avec sauna

Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 3-star gîte for rent, situated in the peaceful countryside of the Hauts-de-France region in Chassemy, within the Soissons–Laon–Reims triangle, on the edge of Champagne and around 1½ hours from Paris and Disneyland. With a floor area of 70 m², it can accommodate up to four guests and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, including a jacuzzi, sauna and private garden. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine and a shower room. Everything is ready to welcome you! All you need to do is drop off your bags and enjoy a relaxing stay.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A shower room (with shower) and toilet
- A sauna (for 2 people) for a moment of relaxation all year round

Upstairs
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a double sofa bed

Outside
- A semi-enclosed private garden of approximately 120 m² with patio furniture and a barbecue
- A hot tub for 4 people, 2 m in diameter, available from 1 May to 31 August. (Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.)
Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst they are in the water.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the following will be provided: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, cot, iron and ironing board...

The gîte is ideally situated in a quiet area, yet close to essential shops, restaurants, bars, markets and other amenities.

Transport:
You may park one car or one van. Charging electric vehicles is prohibited, as the sockets in the accommodation are not suitable.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Soissons SNCF station, approximately 17 mins (14 km) by car
- Nearest airport: Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, approximately 1 hour (60 km) by car

Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels provided
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets not allowed
- The courtyard is shared by guests
- It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles using the sockets in the accommodation. These are not suitable for this purpose.
- CCTV cameras are located outside the accommodation, near the car park
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking (except outdoor areas)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- A pétanque court is available for your use! To make use of it, simply remember to book it with the hosts in advance
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- On request, the hosts can arrange special packages for various occasions, such as a romantic evening, Halloween or Valentine’s Day.
