This corner of Berry, beloved by George Sand, offers an ideal setting for relaxation and nature exploration: hiking on the rolling trails of southern Boischaut, swimming and water sports at the Rochegaudon pond or the Pouligny-Notre-Dame lake, visits to the Château de Sarzay and the charming surrounding villages.
Nearby, La Châtre captivates visitors with its heritage and traditional market, while Aigurande offers shops and local entertainment.
A perfect place to gather with friends or family in a friendly and authentic atmosphere, typical of Berry. The entrance is through the welcoming kitchen, which opens onto a large dining room. A few steps lead to the mezzanine living room, furnished with a wood-burning stove and a large sofa, perfect for relaxing.

This level also includes a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet.

On the first floor, a spacious landing serves as a relaxation area with a reading corner, foosball table, video projector, and sofa.
This floor comprises three bedrooms:

two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm double bed,

one bedroom with a 90x200cm single bed and a bunk bed.

The bedrooms share a large bathroom, a shower room with a toilet, and a separate toilet.

The second floor houses two attic bedrooms, each with two 90x200cm beds, separated by a small landing.

The cottage has a private outdoor area with garden furniture, a barbecue, and parking. A swimming pool and a pétanque court will be added to the facilities next season.

Pets are welcome, and the presence of a donkey and chickens on the property enhances the rustic and family-friendly atmosphere.

During your stay, enjoy a relaxing moment with a reflexology or wellness massage session, available by reservation on Saturday afternoons. Guests of the cottage receive discounts on these services. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
