”Restaurant service needs to improve. Dinner service was very slow and we had to ask twice for drinks, they just totally forgot about it. However food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was poor, not worth the price. We noticed a big group having breakfast before us, so basically we had to eat leftovers, for example only one piece of cheese was left and the staff didn't added more cheeses, scramble eggs were cold, not a good bread selection, no fruits. Nobody care to ask if we need something. ”

”Hotels.com did not request advance payment of 30%, but the hotel insisted it. After all we were invoiced that amount. We had to proof the payment done at the hotel, because Chissay hotel front desk did not have info of our downpayment (we sent several reminder e-mails and one phone call to get confirmation of the pre payment).
