”One night stay-over was very successful. Their customer service at the hotel was very pleasent, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a traditional room, slept on futons and found the experience very nice. I was happily surprised the hotel had a free shuttle bus from the nearest train station. Also the onsen was very clean and there was multiple pools and a sauna. ”

”I loved every minute of my stay. Amazing place, beautiful views and very kind staff. I was so happy that the dinner was served in my room, such a unique experience. Special thanks to Kubota who served our dinner and was so very kind to explain every dish for us. You're the best! Can't wait to comeback!”

”Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful. Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber. Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience”

”立地も良く駐車場もあったので良かったです。大浴場があれば最高でしたが朝食付きなのがよかった。限られた机の数なのでテイクアウトの準備もされていてとてもいい対応だと思いました。”

”The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!”

”Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time.”
