Upea perheystävällinen 7 sänky - Kävele Chatham Bars Inn, Town & Beaches /

  • Tämä ihana Cape Cod -koti sijaitsee vain 0,5 km: n päässä Chathamin kauniista keskustan ostosalueesta. Se on Shore Roadin valtameren puolella ja helpon kävelymatkan päässä Holoway Beach / Lighthouse Beachistä (.2 mailia), Claflin Landing Beachistä (.4 mailia) ja Andrew Hardings Beachistä (.3 mailia). Tarvittu pääsy veteen on kadun päässä, yhden talon päässä, josta voit tuoda hiekkarannalla tuolin ja nauttia panoraamanäkymistä merelle.

    Talo kunnostettiin hiljattain uudella keittiöllä, joka sisältää uusia ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita, uuden kahvinkeittimen / jauhimen, leivänpaahdinuunit ja graniittiset työtasot. Kaikki neljä kylpyhuonetta on myös juuri remontoitu kokonaan. Koko 1. ja 2. kerroksessa on parketit, ja uudet lattiat ovat pohjakerroksessa. 2. kerroksessa on kaksi suurta huonetta molemmilla puolilla portaita, jotka voidaan jakaa neljään erilliseen huoneeseen, joihin on äskettäin asennettu ”linjan yläosa” äänieristetty liukuseinä. Tässä kerroksessa on kuusi erillistä vuodetta. 1. kerroksessa on keittiö, ruokailutila, jolla on iso ruokapöytä, ja avoin konsepti-oleskelutila, jossa on 2-kerroksinen katto ja kaksi seinää, jotka koostuvat kokonaan liukuisista lasiovista. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös 2-kerroksinen päämakuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode ja isäntäkylpy, sekä vierashuone, jossa queen-vuode ja täysi kylpyamme. Talon maanpinnan tasolla on kaksi huonetta ja täysi kylpyamme pesukoneilla. Yksi huone tällä tasolla on vierashuone, jossa on uusi parisänky, sohva ja oma nurmikkoon johtava liukuovi. Toinen huone on viihdehuone, jossa on taitettava futon, sohva, biljardipöytä, kaapeli-TV ja paljon pelejä ja palapelejä. Tässä huoneessa on myös liukuovi, joka johtaa nurmikkoon.

Great spot for birthday celebration

We had a lovely time celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday at this beautiful Chatham property. The house fit four generations perfectly, with great spaces to gather, nearby beach access, and a fun swing set for the little ones. The Chatham Bars Inn, where we ate and played tennis, is in easy walking distance. Bill, the property manager, was very responsive.

Great location!

Spacious, charming cape cod home in a perfect location! We stayed at Bill's home with 6 couples for a friends wedding at CBI. We were able to walk to all the festivities in town and at CBI. The house was large enough for all of us with a great layout. We appreciated that linens, towels, beach towels, and chairs were provided. There was a private beach at the end of the road that we enjoyed sitting at. Bill was great at communicating as well. Thank you!

Amazing house and location!

Rented this house for a wedding and we loved it! House was great for a big group and the location couldn't have been better. Bill was super easy to work with, flexible and responsive.

Wonderful, comfortable and spacious home in a great location

We made some wonderful memories at 23 Wilkey Way this weekend. My daughter was married in Chatham and the location was perfect for our family and my sister’s family to stay. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The house is spacious with great gathering spaces inside and out. A short walk to the beach and town. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and enjoy! The neighborhood is amazing

Amazing!

A group and friends and I stayed at this house for a weekend and it was absolutely amazing and gorgeous! The house has a great open concept layout and a huge kitchen stocked with everything you need for the weekend. The yard, wrap around porch and beach access at the end of the road are perfect. The house is in a central location, walking distance to the beach and the center! There are great restaurants and bars around. The owner was great to work with and we will definitely be back!

My family and I had an amazing time at this residence. The communication before our arrival was excellent. The owner shared links that showed the home in its entirety and also suggested local places that he felt would interest us. The home was clean and very comfortable. Everything was within walking distance which made it easy for us to explore the best spots of Chatham. Highly recommend this home.

Happy Campers!!

This beautiful spot on the Cape was a great place for our extended family to enjoy a week's vacation. This home nicely accommodated our family of 10. The yard provided lots of room for outdoor games and plenty of room on the deck to relax and enjoy the quiet seclusion. The private setting and close proximity to town and beaches is also a big plus. This home is well-maintained, well-appointed, and comfortable. Vacationing in Chatham was a new experience for us, but we definitely look forward to returning.

Dream Vacation

My family, 7 adults and 4 grandchildren, throughly enjoyed our week long stay. The house met all our needs-large kitchen and gas grill, pool table, huge front lawn and beautiful hydrangeas. Chatham was a delightful town with a great variety of shoppes and restaurants. The grandkids found the best fudge and ice cream shoppes. We enjoyed an old fashioned band concert in the park. It is the ideal vacation home!

Stunning home, amazing location!

A group of friends and I stayed at this house for a long weekend, to see a friend get married at the Chatham Bars Inn. The house was more than we could have asked for! We cooked meals, grilled, played yard games, walked downtown, to the beach, a couple of us biked the Cape and saw cranberry bogs...it was a jam packed weekend. We were even able to walk to the wedding as it was just down the street! The house itself was spacious, clean and well equipped with anything you might need (beach chairs, kitchen utensils, etc.). Couldn't have asked for a better situation or host. Thank you!

Awesome Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I can't say enough nice things about our vacation here. The house was beautiful and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen (a plus for a family like us who loves to cook!). In addition it was sooo close to Main Street shopping and restaurants and also to the beautiful Lighthouse Beach. We especially loved the deeded water access at the end of the street to bring both a morning coffee and/or an evening cocktail! We could see seals sunning themselves from this location-very cool! Finally, the owner was super helpful and accomodating with every part of this transaction. We hope to come back!

Beautiful Chatham

The location of this home is perfect. We walked to town and the beach and to the fish market for dinner. Plenty of room for a big family get together and plenty of fans to keep the summer heat out of the house. I forgot about the mosquitos in New England which dampened our time out on the porch at night. I bought some citronella candles and left they for the next renters. We loved this house and especially loved the outside shower. There is one television which is on the basement level. This was a problem to us because we had our younger members sleeping downstairs and prevented the adults from being able watch the news. I would suggest the owners move this to the living room. The house was very clean well maintained. The small beach at the end of the street is perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The Chatham Bars Inn is just down the street and great for cocktails and dinner. We could have spent another week there. We also left some extra beach chairs. I cannot imagine anyone not loving their stay here. We expected more family to join us, but they did not so we did not use the upstairs rooms. However the upstairs would have accommodated them perfectly. There are 6 twin beds upstairs and the separate sliding walls are a terrific idea. If the upstairs had a queen bed upstairs we would have used it rather than the mid level guest room. Again, this is a great home and a super great location.

What's not to love about this perfect Chatham home, with a perfect location! My husband and I had a terrific stay with our two married daughters and their families. Although we had strollers moving, we truly walked everywhere and the house handled all of our needs. Claflin Landing proved ideal, and walking with a cup of coffee to the deeded water access was an ideal place for some quiet time, or a glass of wine! We certainly hope we can rent this lovely home again!

perfect in every way

we have stayed in many house rentals over the years but this house is superb. the web fotos do not do it justice. the layout is wonderful, lots of privacy, tons of room for everyone and immaculate inside and out. the house lacked nothing and the kitchen is better equipped than our own. ......it also has beautiful personal touches that make it very "homey" and comfortable. the owrners were easy to deal with, rewponsive and very helpful. it is within walking distance of the Chatham Bars Inn and many other sites in the Chatham area. we are very happy to recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful pplace to stay in the chatham area and it is a great value for the location, size, amenities, and ambiance.

Fabulous Location in Chatham

First of all, Chatham is one of the best places to stay on Cape Cod. This home is very well located - a short walk to downtown and the beaches yet it's quiet and has lots of Cape Cod charm. The home has all the conveniences and a great deck and wonderful yard. The owners are super and have thought of everything to make your stay a memorable one. You can't miss with this one.

A warm, ideal home!

We recently stayed in this gem of a rental in Chatham, and we would absolutely return. As my wife said, the house is clearly full of love and fun, and those intangibles add to the home being beautiful, cool, beachy, and convenient. Everything is kept perfectly and looks new, from utilities to bathrooms, to linens, etc. Also,there is a lot to do in Chatham, and parking isn't always easy; this home is a walk or short bike ride to anything you would want to visit. Owners are delightful and accommodating with a long history in and knowledge of the Cape. A wonderful vacation home for children and grown-ups alike. One couldn't ask for more. Enjoy your stay!

The best family vacation spot!

We love this house!! We rented with family and fit 11 people more than comfortably. The location is ideal; walking distance to a few beaches, downtown Chatham, and The Chatham Bars Inn. The house is very family friendly with a huge yard (ideal for wiffleball) and a swing set. We walked in and right away felt at home.

Wonderful house- wonderful location

I would highly recommend this rental property. The house is spotlessly clean with a newly renovated kitchen and a relaxing livingroom that invites reading or conversation. The bedrooms are very spacious. The location is terrific. It is just a short walk to the center of town and 3 beaches. It is also within walking distance to the Chatham Bars Inn. I will rent here again next summer!

Great house - Great location!!!!

We loved our stay at this roomy house in Chatham. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Chatham Bars Inn as well as to Downtown shopping and restaurants. We also were able to walk to 2 different beaches. Great yard for family fun - including a nice swingset. We loved hanging out on the big deck over looking the yard.
