”Stayed during wildfires and had to leave early bc our activities got canceled by other businesses and room had no AC for filtration. We have two asthmatics. Our trip was ruined. While it wasn’t the hotels fault, they would only approve a first night cancellation and not approve refund for the other unspent night. Our rental car had no issue refunding unspent days. ”Enjoyed our stay here. Kids missed the swimming pool but they had large size whirlpool which was good. Sauna was great addition.. I dont usually use it during stay but fitness equipments were out of order/not maintained. Hot Breakfast was served with usually continental options.. Satisfactory..”

”The property was very dated. The bed was very comfortable, the springs were completely shot. The continental breakfast was lacking. The room was decent for the price, but very small and did not comfortably fit two adults and two dogs.”

”We love this hotel! It was our 2nd stay. It has a great friendly vibe where most guests chill on the back patio and enjoy the fantastic view. The indoor pool is great. It is large, and also has a very big hot pool. We had trouble getting our grandson out of it. Breakfast was hot and had a great assortment of food. We will be back the next time we’re in the area. Make your reservations early, as this is the best hotel in town.”

”Room was clean. Property seemed well-maintained; however, the AC in-wall unit was quite loud, keeping me from getting a good night’s rest. They were sold out, so there was no opportunity to try a different room. I suspect they were all about the same in noise level, so we checked out after one night.”

”There was an issue with the tub/shower leaking water into bedroom behind the bathroom. Looks like there is a hole in the tub. This was noticed at 10pm the day of check in. There is no staff on site. Texted the host number and was told someone from maintenence would come the next day. We pretty much said they could come anytime to look at it the next day. Only exception was we were going to be out from 9am to 12 noon. But they could look at it while we were gone. Returned and no one had looked at...

”The room was very clean and the bathroom was large. However, in the very large bathroom, there was plenty of space for a for a table for toiletries to be put on, but none was provided. The room, also, had no place to hang clothes--not even a hook on the back of the bathroom door. Also, no controls for the heat/AC. We were freezing the last nite of our stay. And wile management was very easy to get ahold of via email and phone, and agreeable about us checking out a day early, I cannot say...
