”Very nice”

”Stayed there twice. First time was when I got into Michigan with my daughter. Room smelled of chlorine but next to pool. No breakfast as mentioned when booking. Booked hotel for the night before I had to leave and still no breakfast. Asked about it and they said it’s under renovations. Mentioned that while booking it had breakfast included and he said he doesn’t know why it’s on there and maybe I should ask for a discount.”

”I stayed in the apt style room and had a hard time sleeping as I could hear the people upstairs with every step they took and even if their tv was on. I wouldn’t stay again in the unit unless I had kids with me that don’t sleep well anyway. Besides that, the bed was comfortable, linens and cupboards fully stocked, and very spacious with easy parking and great location in Munising.”

”Pet friendly just outside of town”

”This is a cute place to stay if you’re only planning on being there for a few days, there is not much around the area and it’s more of a small stop you make if you have to rather than a longer stay. It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...

”The hot water did not work in the room, the maintenance person was notified and he did not get it fixed until after 1030 pm, and I wanted to go to sleep. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was hot and yummy. Lots of people went to the breakfast buffet and it was quite busy.”

”Love the sauna and beds are comfortable. Good amount of space”

”Staff so helpful and accommodating! Breakfast great! It was just what we needed! Also, I accidentally did not book the correct number of nights and they worked quickly with me to help fund a great solution! I’m so grateful for their help and flexibility!”

”My wife, dogs and myself all loved this stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Having such a great area for the dogs was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. First time staying someplace and never interacting with any staff, different but I liked it.”

”The staff was great but the owner should put more money into their investment. Maintenance is lacking and amenities were very worn (microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater- rusty hot water, furniture). The tv is about 12 inches. If you are looking for a place to sleep it’s not so bad- but if you want a hot shower with clean water this is not the place for you.”

”Had a great stay here. It's an older motel, but well maintained. Room was clean, area was quiet and can't beat the view looking at the bay. Our room, on 2nd floor, had a good layout. Kitchen and tv area had a good seperation from the bedroom. Appreciated having the chairs and tables by the water to enjoy the view and have a snack.”

”Breakfast is pretty basic, but the motel has beautiful, well maintained waterfront property, was perfect to watch 4th of July fireworks, it also very short ride to the town and park's hiking.”

”Room was clean and spacious. WiFi workwd sporadically had to be set up outside the room. Location of hotel is in proximity to waterfalls. Breakfast area is very small crowded and inadequate for the amount of people at any time of the breakfast time”

”The room and property was beautiful and clean! They also offered healthy options for breakfast (and delicious muffins). Will choose this place again.”

”The place was nice, the check in was easy. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that there was a weird smell upon entering the cabin and also one of the complimentary bottles of soap seemed opened and re used. Lastly there was like 3 flies just chillin inside on the large living area window. Other than that I do appreciate the cabins, they're cute and cozy I do wish they let people smoke out on the porch chairs provided. The rooms where clean so ill give them that for sure.”
