”I left a specific item—a Figs scrub top—in the closet of my room. After failing to reach the hotel by phone, I diverted my route by 30 minutes to inquire in person. Despite my certainty regarding the item's location, the front desk staff refused to physically check the lost and found storage, citing only that it "wasn't in the system."

”The cottage has a relaxing lakefront view, with a well equipped spacious kitchen, with an island countertop in the middle. The light colour tones of the cottage, the number of rooms and amenities were very comfortable for our group of seven family members. Even the drinkwares had sayings and quotes that gave a homely and relaxing feel.
