Old 19th century house renovated with care and taste, close to the city center of the charming town of Châtillon-sur-Seine, in the heart of the Burgundy countryside and the National Forest Park.

The accommodations are composed as follows:

- a first floor including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob), a living room (dining room and living room), toilets and a laundry room (washing machine)
- a first floor with a suite: bedroom with 160x200 bed, office and private bathroom with shower and toilet and a second bedroom with 140x200 bed (the latter has access to the bathroom on the same floor)
-a second floor including a suite: bedroom with 140x200 bed, bathroom with shower and toilet and a mezzanine with living room or sleeping area for 2 additional people.
-a partly sheltered courtyard that allows you to accommodate cars and enjoy an outdoor dining area with table and seats for 8 people

The house is located in Burgundy in the department of Côte d'Or in the charming town full of History of Châtillon-sur-Seine which is one of the 100 most beautiful detours in France. Between the Seine, the countryside and the National Forest Park, the region offers many possibilities for walking and enjoying varied landscapes.

Located in the north of the Côte d'Or and at the gateway to the Champagne region, Châtillon-sur-Seine is ideally located to enjoy cities rich in heritage such as Dijon, the regional capital and Troyes, a city of character in Champagne. �PGJyPgNearby are also many tourist sites such as the museum of the Châtillonnais country and the Treasure of Vix, the site of the sources of the Douix, the Abbey of Fontenay, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin.
