”Hilton didn’t spend much on this new Spark. It was extremely ‘minimalistic’, no drawers, no towel bars, we had no lotion in our room. It looked like there was a ‘bracket’ for it next to the soap, the toilet paper was VERY thin & we had 3 tissues in our tissue box. The bed was comfortable & linens were nice.

”My grandson & I took a getaway to visit the Biltmore House!
We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews
and about how clean everything is.
We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around.
Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly.
After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause
after our long drive, we discovered...
The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared...
