”The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is somewhat tricky to get in and out of but it’s well worth the trouble. Rooms were big and clean, breakfast was delicious and the lobby area was great for a meeting we needed to have. ”

”The air conditioner wasn't working so I went down to the front desk and was told to operate it at the controls on the blower instead of the thermostat. I went back and did that and waited 30 minutes and there was no cold air. I wnet back down hopfully getting a different room and they said they would send a maintenance man to check it out. He can and said he couldn't fix it. I again went back down ato let the front desk know. There was no appology but they did give us a different room.”

”Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the...

”The hotel was very pleasant. Upon check in the room that I originally was assigned (Rm 118) wasn’t very the best. The room had a damn musty smell. I inquired at the front desk if it was feasible to be assigned a new room. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. I was assigned a new room on the third floor. The breakfast selection was better than most other hotels. They had a decent selection of various items and the coffee was nice and hot. The room does need some upgrading ,...

”Location is good near by Mall of Georgia where you can even walk. Also a few nice restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast was ok but not so many options. Air conditioning was noisy and also the traffic noise was quite heavy.”
