The pet friendly property is located a short 10 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and 20 min drive to popular attractions, such as Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway. The 4BR / 2BA house accommodates up to 8 guests, with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed (bunk beds). Designed for fun and relaxation, this home offers plenty of space for a family gathering, group trip, or special event.
**Centrally located & street noise is unavoidable. Noise machines are available.

After staying in numerous rentals over the years, we realized the things that we would like to have to enhance our own stay and designed our space with that in mind. Our goal is to provide guests with the most enjoyable experience possible. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to provide our guests with a memorable experience.

shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers
- Storage: Both downstairs bedrooms are equipped with closets to
keep your belongings organized. The upstairs has additional storage
closets off of the hallway for additional storage.

Pet Friendly
- The space is dog friendly, with a fully fenced in backyard for your
pup to run in. Dog bowls, homemade dog treats, poo bags, a large
crate, and leash are available. There is a $75 pet fee and no weight
restrictions.

Guest Access
- You’ll have access to the property with keyless entry for a smooth,
hassle-free check-in. The entire home and backyard are yours to
enjoy.

Parking
- The driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles, but is not suitable for RVs or
trailers. There is no street parking.

Other Things to Note
- Bi-weekly mowing during spring and weekly mowing during
summer
- Trash/Recycling pickup every Tuesday
- Monthly extermination services

1) 1 flight of stairs with a handrail that leads to the upstairs bedrooms and game room and 1 flight of stairs with a handrail that leads to the laundry in the basement.

*In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside.

Guest access
Keyless entry to the front door via a smart lock and personalized code. You will have access to the entire home and yard to enjoy. Plenty of parking on premise.

We are pet friendly! If you will be bringing a pet, please let us know when booking and please read our pet rules prior to booking with us. Remember: Please get all pets pre-approved. Limit two pets per booking.

Pet Policy:
There is a pet fee of $75. Maximum of two pets. All pets must be crated if you leave them in the house unattended. We ask that they do not go on the furniture. Please clean up after your pet in the fenced in backyard. Please keep on a leash when walking in front yard.
