Boho Mountain Retreat, Private Entrance and Outdoor Space, Minutes to Downtown

Our beautiful home is located in the heart of Chattanooga and nestled amongst the trees up on a 1.3 acre private lot in a quiet tree lined neighborhood, yet it's just minutes to all of the shops, restaurants and parks of the North Shore and Downtown Chattanooga.

This listing is for the base-level unit: plenty of space for 1, 2, or a family. Elegantly furnished with amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy all the private outdoor space and you might encounter a few deer and wild turkeys.

THE SPACE
This is the base-level unit of a 2-story house. The two levels are fairly separated. We or another guest live upstairs at times.

For the bottom unit, a private entrance leads you into the entry room with plenty of daylight and beautiful decor. Relax and read on the day bed, which turns into 2 twin beds for ample sleeping space. Step into the spacious living room to enjoy a 55" smart TV on the comfortable sofa bed. A kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and a 3-in-1 cook station that will enable you to whip up quick meals. Enter the 3rd room and you'll find a king bed with 10 Inch gel memory foam mattress for a great night's sleep, as well as a workspace for focused time.

In the summer time, enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape Chattanooga has to offer, listen to the birds chirp in this private sanctuary and watch the squirrels climb the thousands of tall trees on this private land. On cold days, cozy up next to the remote-controlled fireplace, read a book or watch a show.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the bottom unit of the house with a private entrance, as well as the outdoor space in front of the unit entrance.

Parking is in a designated area outside. Up to 2 vehicles can be accommodated.

NOTE
Please note that this is a bottom-level unit, which means you might occasionally hear sound from upstairs. But overall, the two floors are fairly separate and the unit is very private and quiet. Please note that the HVAC system is in a closet in the entry room, which to some provides white noise, to others might be bothersome.
