Enjoy a comfy private suite with thoughtful amenities. You will enjoy your own carport and driveway big enough for trucks & trailers. Sit back and relax with your favorite drink on the patio, or let your furry best friend run around in the large yard equipped with a dog run and stakes for their use.

In the mood for smores, enjoy a bonfire with several yard chairs for you and your guest. (bring your own firewood/fire starter).

This tucked away suite is conveniently located less than 7 miles from downtown to attend events in the city or conferences. The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is only 7.4 miles away. Lookout Valley Pet Hospital is 1.6 miles away. Parkridge Medical Center is 9.5 miles away. A vast amount of popular tourist attractions such as Ruby Falls, Bluff View Art District, Racoon Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Bessie Smith Cultural Center, Chattanooga Duck Boat tours, and its revitalized riverfront are all only 3-7miles away.
Lookout Valley, Chattanooga is a hidden gem in a safe and secure neighborhood. It's a quiet and safe place for those passing through for a night or needing a longer stay that will meet all your personal needs for business, school, or adventure.
The choices are limitless here in Chattanooga! This retreat offers a pet friendly stay for a flat rate, free Wi-Fi, Central AC, safety security cameras with sound recording outside only, new patio, fire pit, and guest & pet amenities.

Please be kind and inform your host of the number of guests and pets that will accompany you. For full transparency and no hidden charges, a small/med dog is allowed for $35.00 and two small/med dog for 50 dollars flat rate.

I am a new host working on perfecting my accommodations. Please be patient while I work on installing soundproof walls in the suite to avoid the very limited movement and sounds from the connected unit.

No cats are allowed inside the suite. Thank you

Great space to come back to when exploring Chattanooga

This suite was perfect for my daughter and myself. Everything we needed was right there! The space was so nice-very comfortable bed and nice big bathroom. We spent the evening sitting on the deck watching the fireflies!

Nice weekend away

Simple nice and charming property in the older side and decor was lovely and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with essentials such as tea and coffee and salt and pepper. Comfortable bed and sofa and Roku smart tv with thoughtful amenities such as make up remover, bandaids and the like were provided and welcoming. Unfortunately, the other unit is separated by a thin door and it feels as if others are in the room with you due to the level of the noise when they are in their kitchen. It made us very self conscious Lastly, although everything single other thing is fantastic, someone left a barking dog unattended on the Sunday morning of our check out. It began barking at dawn so sleep was interrupted and inadequate. I learned a lesson and will I will be searching only pet free properties in the future.Highly recommend for pet owners though

Perfect spot to stay

Absolutely perfect little cozy space. The host was so attentive and responsive and accommodating for me and my foster dog.Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with attention to detail. There were even toys and treats left out for the pup. 10000% would stay here again.

Cute and comfortable

Very nice getaway for the pup and myself! Little water bottles and snacks on the table, everything you could need, plus your own private covered parking directly by the private entrance! Very comfortable and nicely maintained! Only downside was having to close one window blind so neighbors couldn’t look in the window and there were no coffee pot filters, but easy fix and I left 100 behind for the next guest Will definitely be back again

Very nice and quiet

Wonderfully maintained and appointed rental. Very comfortable with everything you need. Location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the interstate. Abundant parking is available. Inside there are tons of special touches and thoughtful amenities. This is an exceptional stay.

Super easy to get to and 10 minutes to downtown and Lookout Mountain. Cute little place, clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We lucked out finding this place when we decided to take a long weekend and explore a new city. We will be back!!

Very clean, good communication

Could not get the internet to link up. Host was very responsive to messages. Place is very clean, nicely decorated. Small kitchen but adequate. I had my dog; the next street over nearby is low traffic and walkable. Covered parking. Modest neighborhood but near to outdoor spaces in the mountains. I didn’t get time to enjoy that on my way through.

Nice weekend getaway!

This suite is perfect for a couple, especially if you have a dog. Location is close to both the city of Chattanooga, as well as the parks/nature preserves in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host is very responsive. Would love to stay here again!

I brought my little dog for a week of cancer treatments at the specialty vet in Chattanooga and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean. Private covered parking space. A tie out in the yard for my pup to safely have a good sniff. The kitchenette was well stocked and clean. Nice shower with nice towels. A super comfy bed with fluffy bedding. A great stay at a great price!
