Welcome to Boho West Villa, a newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat with 1,600 sq ft of modern comfort and plenty of fun. Just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, this home is perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to relax and play.

Inside, the open living space features a 65" smart TV, comfortable seating, and a fully furnished dine-in kitchen complete with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed and private bath, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom has its own 55" smart TV, and the second full bath is conveniently shared by the guest rooms.

Step outside to your private fenced yard and discover the real fun: an 8-person hot tub, fire pit, cornhole boards, and horseshoe pits. Grill dinner on the gas BBQ or gather for outdoor dining while the kids (and adults!) play.

For your peace of mind, the home also includes exterior security cameras and a security system. Laundry facilities are available for longer stays, making Boho West Villa as practical as it is comfortable.

The house is exactly what we wanted and looked exactly like it was. The yard with the hot tub and fire pit was very nice and relaxing. The couch was so comfy. Could curl up and read for days. Everything we needed was provided. Host was super easy to get a hold of and fixed any issue (air conditioning) and answered any questions within minutes.

The house was just as advertised, very clean and comfortable for our small family. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the backyard is a great place to hang out with the fire pit and hot tub. We had a great time in Chattanooga, very close to downtown activities.

Home was very well stocked with kitchen needs and adequate toiletries to get started. We cooked/grilled every day and had all the tools we needed. The house is smaller than appears in the listing however it has just enough space for 8. Proximity to all major Chattanooga attractions is perfect. We were within 10 miles of everything we planned. The neighborhood looks questionable and can be a bit alarming, but it was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Hot tub was clean. I would suggest bringing extra towels if you plan to use it as there are only enough for showering. Overall a great trip!

Great place and location!!

Everything was perfect and everything we went to do was very close. The neighbors were friendly and the house was gorgeous! The single complaint was the number of towels with the kids and the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute home/bad neighborhood

The house was really nice,as was the backyard. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The knock against the home is the neighborhood that it’s in. The are around the home is not attractive and,I would not feel safe if I had one,or more,small children.

Beautiful house and location

Very nice place. Has everything you need. It is also 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go and do. Hiking, waterfalls, breweries, and bbq. When 1st arriving in neighborhood, my family was a little worried. Once you got to street the house was on, everything was fine. Neighbor across the street was very nice.

Very nice place. Not real big but big enough for our family . Not the best neighborhood, but real close to everywhere we wanted to go. Also Bathtub was really slick. I have a bad knee and was very cautious when taking a shower . Overall though it was nice and very clean .

Perfect stay for the weekend!

Great stay for my family! The house had everything we needed and was decorated nicely. It seems to be a recent new build. Not large but not too small - enough space for 8 guest. We used the kitchen a lot and it was well stocked! The top bunk was wobbly however 2 teens had no issues sleeping there. I actually think it's normal with metal bunks. We loved the fenced backyard; it is perfect for families with children and adults as well with the jacuzzi! Neighborhood - We felt very safe in the neighborhood. No issues with the neighbors at all, the ones we met we friendly. It is located in the city and is a true example of city living!

Great location. Great, clean house.

Like other said the neighborhood may look a little sketchy, but everyone was very nice, waiving hello and smiling. We did not feel unsecured at any time. There’s an alarm in the house you can turn on at night to make you feel more secure. The house is great and has all you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the hot tub. Beds are firm and the house seems well taking care of and clean. There are plenty restaurants 10min away. Walking Dead restaurant was good. Ruby Falls is very close too. Great location. We will return if we come back to Chattanooga.

Cozy and relaxing stay

We all enjoyed our stay! It was easy to find, easy check-in and check-out, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, but I recommend checking the temperature a few hours before you want to indulge. It was 104 and too hot for some of us, although I enjoyed it. We all loved that there was coffee and creamer available! I also enjoyed the nostalgia playing Mrs. Pacman on the arcade.

Clean, Comfy, and Cute!

The property was very nice and well kept, the host communicated everything we needed to know in a timely and professional manner, and we really enjoyed our stay! I’ve seen previous reviews commenting on the area, but it didn’t bother us. Everywhere we wanted to visit was still within a short driving distance, the neighbors all seemed friendly, and the alarm system made us feel plenty safe.
