Gabriele Cabin | Rustic Retreat Near Downtown

Gabriele Cabin at Wauhatchie Woodlands is a cozy, tiny cabin located just 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. It offers access to a private hot tub, a furnished back deck, and a covered front deck with a charcoal grill. In addition, there is a shared fire pit for you to enjoy during your stay. The natural surroundings are incredibly charming and memorable. With a main bedroom and a sleeping loft, Gabriele can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Chattanooga is a city known for its railroads. There are active train tracks that border the property to the north and I-24 is about half a mile away. Please note that light sleepers may be affected by the ambient city and train noise. Each cabin has been equipped with a white noise machine to help minimize any disturbance. Please see the map to find your cabins proximity to the railroad.

Fantastic! Perfect spot for our family of 4. The kids loved the upstairs loft and hot tub. The home was clean, comfortable and has everything needed for a stay in Chatt. 5 minutes from Ruby Falls and Main St with lots of food and brewery options. The setting was everything, carefully tucked away in the woods. We loved it!!

Quaint/Quiet Stay!

The mini cabin was the perfect fit for our week long stay. It was conveniently located within 10 minutes of the Ironman event and the hot tub was much enjoyed after. We will definitely be back!

Very unique

Perfect location

This cozy cabin is the perfect spot for a retreat. It’s quiet and secluded, but just moments from downtown Chattanooga and many attractions. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill and the hot tub. It was a great place to relax and unwind in the evenings after exploring the area during the day. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful scenery and I loved the rustic vibe. We felt like we were in the forest, but were, in reality minutes away from everything we needed. It’s a good central location to explore Chattanooga. We were no more than 30 minutes away from pretty much everything we wanted to explore.

This was the PERFECT little get away! The cabin was beautiful. Staff was amazing— communication was great— check in/out was super smooth! Everything about it was perfect! The location was very convenient. We will definitely be coming back next year! I 100% recommend!

Cozy Cabin in a great location!

We loved our stay at Gabriel’s cabin! It is modern, cozy, and has everything you would need all while being only 10-15 minutes away from numerous coffee shops and great restaurants. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, yet had everything we could want a short drive away. The hot tub was also a great perk for the more chilly evenings! We will definitely be back!

Couldn't have been better

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and loved this property! Very clean inside, well maintained yard/ outdoor area, quick ride into downtown Chattanooga but you would never know it because it looks and sounds like you are isolated in a forest. You do hear trains go by but it isn't an annoyance at all. They are very quiet, you rarely hear a horn or whistle while inside and we enjoyed watching them go by. We would recommend this for a couples getaway or a family of 4.

Perfect Get-away

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. We enjoyed everything about the cabin! Location was close to good restaurants, grocery & easy to find! The trains close by are a pesky noise, but with the sound machine in the bedroom, it was no problem sleeping. For the fishing enthusiast we fished the Lookout creek and caught a few bass (even my biggest so far in 2022- 3 lb Largie!) We had a great time, thanks for the hospitality!!
