”The hotel apartment was large, with any amenity available, from a full kitchen with 14 cup coffee maker and great tasting coffee, to high end linens and towels. Very well priced, too.”

”Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night.”

”This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable. ”

”Breakfast was good and "happy hour" was nice, but they were STRUGGLING with turnover. Probably just a bad day. ”

”We were accused of smoking in the room and got charged 250$ over it and we dont even smoke. There was no talking to them about it so we just ate that 250$. The maids leave the balcony doors open while they clean and the balconys are EXTREMELY close together so if someone was smoking while they were cleaning then of course they would smell it in that room even if it was someone on the floor below them smoking on the balcony. I walked back into the room before we left and it DID NOT smell like...

”Clean room, spacious room since we did the suite. I just wished we had more storage space for clothes but we used the bar where the microwave was for our clothes and made it work for us . Friendly staff. Would stay there again! Easy walk to Aquarium and children’s museum.”

”The room was not clean and the bathroom tub was not sanitary. Room service did not service our room the next day, however when addressed with front desk they were very apologetic and sent someone right away. ”

”It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! ”

”The reviews are on point. The rooms were clean without smelling an intense scent that hotels use. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. The staff super friendly and helpful. We went with our kiddos and the location was perfect to visit the aquarium, discover museum and other attractions. ”
