”Upon arriving and checking in, we were given the wrong room - we reserved a Queen with lake view with a patio/balcony - we were given an interior room with a full bed. When talked to the front desk we were told that because we booked thru expedia and they were full, they give expedia customers last choice of available rooms. Next morning front desk said would leave message for the manager and we still have not heard back even after asking again at checkout - were told would have to call her on...

”Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.”
