”It is a beautiful place with a wonderful restaurant. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The ONLY issue we had is, being in our 60s, the lack of hand rails in the bathroom. The shower is an in-bath type and we would really have found a couple of handrails very useful. One as you get in and one next to the shower. Other than that it was a perfect stay. ”

”The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre as you can walk to either in about thirty seconds! There are also numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Despite being centrally located, I didn't hear any noise from outside at all. My room was quite compact but very comfortable, the shower was great as was the bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
