”Check in was a breeze and the registration desk was decorated in the theme of the concert that was in town. That was fun :) There were cookies on the counter, and supper and breakfast were included. Everything was clean and in good repair. We will definitely stay here again!”

”Awful place they gave away my two rooms but wouldnt give my friend back a refund on her room which would have forced her to stay there alone because again they gave away my families two rooms..Then refused to refund her and told her she can't have visitors nor can she go room to room if we were to stay there..Then the check in karen said she'd have any car parked there visiting towed away...I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME”

”Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!”

”This is a clean, well maintained and nicely themed hotel in a safe location in Hamilton. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Baci. That was also nicely designed, clean and good food and service. Wishing we could book another day in June, but that date is fully booked:(.”

”We didn’t even stay - place was sketchy, person at the desk was rude and barely said a word. Their “secure” entry was pretty much broken and we were stuck outside twice - we didn’t even look at the room - left based on crackheads in the parking lot, and we felt super unsafe. They also say pet friendly - charge you a fee(understandable) and then tell you the dog is not allowed on the bed or furniture - because it will make the sheets dirty - worst experience ever!! ”

”Sheets were not clean upon check in. We found hair on them and they were extremely wrinkled.”
