In the basement (accessible from the outside), a laundry room (washing machine) is available. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace with tables and chairs, a barbecue, an electric griddle, and sun loungers, as well as a shared, wooded garden of 4,000 m². Bicycle storage is available. Parking is free on the street. If needed, cars can be parked within the property; in this case, entry is from the lower part of the grounds.
