    Tervetuloa Egg-N-Us: iin Lookout-palvelussa!

    Tämä poissa kotoa sijaitsevasta kolmen kerroksisesta 2900 neliöjalkaisesta talosta on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyä ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset loistavaksi lomalle! Täysin päivitetyssä kodissa on kvartsitasot, Sonos-järjestelmä sisä- ja ulkotiloissa ja LED-älypuhelimet kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, mediahuoneessa ja upeassa huoneessa.  Kävele ulos kannelle ja nauti upeista näkymistä järvelle.  Ulkopuolella on takapihan keidas, jossa on oma poreallas, Pergola ja Firepit. Siellä on kaksi erilaista oleskelualuetta, kaasugrilli, ja se on kauniisti maisemoitu valaistuna huolellisesti ja aidan ympärillä.

    Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, järvelle päin päin, jotta saadaan parhaat näkymät, ja liitteenä oleva kansi nauttia aamukahvista. Päälliköllä on myös kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta, suihku ja erillinen kylpyamme.  Tässä huoneessa on 55 tuuman televisio.  Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, 49 tuuman TV, oma kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.  Täss�� huoneessa on paljon ikkunoita loistavaan valaistukseen.

    Pääkerroksessa on eteinen penkillä, päivitetty keittiö, jossa on kaapin ylä- ja alapuolella olevat valaistus, sekä premium-laitteet. Olohuoneessa on 60 tuuman televisio, sohva, rakkausistuin ja tuolit optimaalisen istumatilan saavuttamiseksi. Ruokapöytä istuu 10 mukavasti ja baarissa on lisäistuimia neljälle.  Lisäksi siellä on kaasutakka niille viileille iltoille tai astuudu ulos kannelle ja nauti Sonos-musiikista, kattotuuletin ja mukavat istuimet.

    Alemmassa kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, mediahuone, jossa queen-vuodesohva, 65 tuuman televisio, DVD-soitin, XBox-One, pelit, kirjat ja paljon muuta, pesutupa ja jaettu kylpyhuone. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on sisäänrakennetut pankot taaperoille, teini-ikäisille tai aikuisille, joissa on XL-parivuode kuningattaren yli ja 43 tuuman televisio.  Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja 43 tuuman TV ja ranskalaiset ovet, jotka avautuvat patiolle.

    Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä uima-altaalta, Pickleball-kentältä, venesatamasta ja järvenranta-alueelta. Lookout tarjoaa kuljetuspalvelun venesatamaan ja järvenrantaan kevät- ja kesäkuukausien aikana.

    Egg-N-Us -laitteessa on ilmainen nopea internetyhteys kaikkialla kotona kahdella WIFI-yhteydellä, jotta kaikki laitteesi voivat helposti muodostaa yhteyden.

    Koirat ovat sallittuja Egg & Us -tapahtumassa! Enintään 2 koiraa, enintään 50 kiloa, laatikko nukkuja, pottaharjoitettu. EI pentuja

    Näköalayhteisö kasvaa, ja loman aikana voi olla rakennustehtäviä. Rakennusajat vaihtelevat vuodenaikojen mukaan, mutta jäävät klo 7.00 a. m. - 6:00 p. m. arkisin ja klo 8.00 a. m. - 4:30 s. m. viikonloppuisin. Wonder Christmas Trip

The property was wonderful for our needs (4 generations) for the Holiday. The views of the lake and Chelan were magical as the snow started falling. We thoroughly enjoyed the area, the hot tub, and touring nearby towns. Highly recommend the property as management/community managementn are in constsnt communication, hosting events, and the check-in/out processes are very simple and streamlined

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family. The view from the back deck off the living room was a beautiful vista, the perfect place for coffee in the morning and wine in evening. Location was so convient - short walk to four wheeler ride down to beach, or just across street from steps up to park and pool. The home had everything we needed for our stay!

Great Stay For Big Family!

Half the guests stayed up stairs, and the other half (with kids) stayed downstairs. We loved the location, being able to get to the swimming pool and pickle ball courts easily -- and enjoyed the beautiful view toward the lake and Manson. I do wish the house had more kid-friendly utensils. The plastic cups were huge, along with the forks and spoons, however everything else was great. The gas firepit outside didn't work originally because of some water damage, but the Lookout Staff came and took care of it promptly.Overall, a great stay and a beautiful home. Only thing missing was a ping-pong table! Thanks, Lookout and staff.

Beautiful home & view with many amenities

We were very pleased with the amenities offered at the house’s association. The owner called to check in once to make sure all was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house as very clean, had a beautiful view and there were workers that came to clean the hot tub and empty the trash daily. It was great. Lots of pantry space and large kitchen with all cooking items needed as well.

Everything was wonderful- we were able to create great memories- the house was great- however the BBQ only had one functioning burner so after a long day on the water dinner took awhile. Other than that 10’s all around l can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

It was colder than usual and there was snow on the ground but that did not dampen our fun. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub each day. The private hot tub with the house has an amazing view of the lake and hills. The house was spacious, extremely comfortable and well-stocked. The Lookout staff were very attentive and helpful. We can't wait to stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfectly fine- we’ve stayed in this neighborhood 10+ times. Love the amenities. The biggest disappointment with this house is the beds. The upstairs bedrooms feature lovely mattresses for sleeping, but the bedroom with the bunk bed is physically painful at night. I chose this room for myself in order to allow my guests the nicer rooms, and did not sleep for more than 20-30 minutes at a time for the 3-night stay. I woke up with strong back pain each day, and I am a fit 35-yr old. Choose wisely.

Very Nice Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One More Minute was a perfect size and layout for our group of 9 people (3 of which were small children). It was very clean and the furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor space was beautiful, though the firepit did not work, and though we called about it, someone showed up with a long handled lighter the next day, and said they would send someone the following day to check into it further. That person never came so we were unable to use the firepit for the entire stay and that was disappointing. The hot tub was clean and functioning, but there were four sockets without covers with rusty wires protruding that concerned us when the children were in it. The pots and pans provided were pretty dismal; scratched up and some with wobbly handles. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped (although it would have been nice to have a small amount of foil and a few zip locks to start us out). Outdoor and Indoor towel supplies were great and toilet paper was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and all bedrooms had TVs, which was nice, but the interface was a bit wonky and hard to figure out on all of them. All in all a good stay with only a few improvements suggested and disappointment with the hot tub situation since we specifically were looking for a house with a hot tub.

The facilities at the place are amazing- the pools,the beach, the staff, and the weekend activities are just so great to have with small kids. The house itself was really great, but for the price I do think needs a few updates. The hot tub was not hot enough, and I believe this is an issue because someone else left this review. The dishwasher was very unreliable, and likely needs to be replaced. It also could use an upgrade on things like pillows. But besides that, the house itself was very clean, the layout was amazing for our two families, and we fully enjoyed the stay. We walked around and would say that this properties location is one of the very best- the view was superb. We will be booking again!!

Loved The Lookout

The Lookout was a full package vacation, we loved it. The house itself was beautiful but had a few things needing repair- WiFi was spotty, the stove and dishwasher were awful but we made it work and the Sonos speakers didn’t work. Otherwise it was really spacious and comfortable, lots of places to sit and relax. I loved all the options for outdoor seating. Hot tub was serviced daily. The staff at the Lookout were so fantastic, they made everything go smoothly.

Overall, I would recommend!

I loved the property and location. It is perfect to enjoy and socialize with family and close friends. We had issues with the WiFi on the first night and I found a piece of confetti in my bed from what I assume to be a previous guest. But besides that, it was a good stay!

Great house in a good location

We had a terrific stay. The house is beautiful and the location was close enough to town as well as wineries and activities. The management company went a bit overboard with communication in advance of our stay, which made check in frustrating and confusing. Some of the appliances need updating as well. Would certainly recommend and stay again despite those issues.

Shaun and her family have been the best hosts and the Look Out organization as a whole is top notch. Our family has created so many memories at this home.

Home was not ready for guests....

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we rented was not ready for guests and issues with the home were not communicated until we arrived and found non-working elements such as no dishwasher (there was 8 of us staying in the home), no stereo system (Sonos inoperable), outdoor lighting partially non-functioning, garage was closed off and we were not allowed to use for our bikes and strollers. Needless to say it was a very disappointing experience. While we certainly had a good time in Chelan, the basics communicated in the rental agreement were not as defined and in some cases we had to call 2-3 times and items were never addressed. I would Not recommend Lookout Mountain Home rental or at a minimum not this house.

Amazing summer getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 glorious days at this lovely home. Well equipped with all of the cooking supplies we needed. Great setting for grilling with an awesome view. Our three year old loved the proximity to pool. Loved to sit on one of the three porches and look out on the lake. Stayed cool and comfortable even on the 100 degree days. Will certainly be back!

Nice house with issues

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time we have stayed here. We won’t be back. Nice house but we found lots of white dog hair. My wife had eye issues our whole stay. Daughter was grossed out by all the dog hair on her yoga pants. Also, small things. No scissors, pens or paper pads.
