"Escape to the Lake" ei ole koskaan ollut parempi paikka kuin Park Pointe A302: ssa. Tämä kauniisti päivitetty, aurinkoinen huoneisto tarjoaa holvikatot, parketit ja graniitti laskurit kaikkialla. Park Pointe -huoneiston vieraat voivat nauttia ulkouima-altaasta, jossa on aurinkoinen altistus, poreallas ja klubitalo. Kokeile onneasi 18-reikäisessä viheriössä vain korttelin päässä, kävele järvelle ja puistoon vain muutamassa minuutissa, ruokaile monissa ravintoloissa keskustassa, tai viettää päivän viinin maistelua yhdessä lähellä olevista viinitiloista. The unit we stayed in features high-end appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The instructions for check-in/check-out were very clear. Only two issues: although there were ample bathroom towels, we were hoping for beach towels for the pool/lake (this is common for other properties in the area). Also, sitting in the balcony is quite noisy due to the traffic on the Manson Hwy below.

I rented a condo in August for the Christmas Break. The week before Christmas I was notified by the owner he sold the property and I would be contacted by the new owner. Two days before Christmas that had not happened so I rented a second condo in a different building. The location was not what we wanted but it worked. The second evening as we are making dinner we realized we had no water. After waiting a half an hour, we contacted the rental office who were surprised to hear there was no water and asked us to move to a third unit. The next day while talking to the maintenance person I learned he shut the water off due to a leak but did not notify any of the tenants OR the Fire Department that water service had need shut off to the building. I will be concerned of the dependability of VRBO rentals in the future.

Great, clean property. Beautiful mountain view and plenty of space to spread out. Would have loved to be able to get either an early check in or late checkout, but management did not respond to initial booking inquiry when we asked about this and when we called about checkout all we got was an answering service. Overall, a great place for a weekend in wine country.

This is a great condo. Meticulously clean and well-appointed with bath towels, bedding, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, laundry soap (limited), and a set of bath soap and shampoo for each bathroom. Kitchen very well appointed with cookware and cooking utensils and everything needed to eat. Cable TV, smart TV for connecting devices and streaming services, free WiFi, and air conditioning. The furniture is very comfortable for a rental. Contactless checkin and checkout with key lockbox at the door. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. From the condo you can walk to Don Morse park, activities, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. We had a very good stay. Highly recommend.
