TALO JÄRVEN RANNALLA

Tämä upouusi 2-kerroksinen, 4 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5-kylpyhuoneinen moderni loma-asunto on ihanteellinen paikka muistojen luomiseen perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Lakehouse sijaitsee yhteisössä, jossa on runsaasti mukavuuksia, kuten hiekkarannan lahti, yksityinen venesatama (paikan päällä on vene- ja vesiskootterivuokrausmahdollisuuksia kausiluonteisesti), uima-altaat, ulkotiloissa sijaitsevat palokuopat, kävelyreitit ja paljon muuta. Näköalapaikka on uskomaton paikka rentoutua tyylikkäästi ja nauttia kaikesta, mitä Chelan-järvi tarjoaa. Chelanin keskusta on vain kilometrin päässä ja pääsee hiljattain rakennetun kävely- / pyöräteiden kautta. Lakehouse on avoimen lattian konsepti, joka tekee kaikesta mukavan olla yhdessä.

Päätaso (olohuone, keittiö, päällikkö, patio)

Päätasoon kuuluu tilava makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella, jossa on täysi suihku ja erillinen kylpyamme. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja sisältää kaiken, mitä kokki voi tarvita tehdä mieleenpainuvan illallisen tai viihdyttää vieraita. Olohuoneessa on viihtyisä takka, 65-tuumainen älytelevisio ja riittävästi istumapaikkoja koko miehistölle. Sisäänkäynnissä ja sotahuoneessa on täysi pesukone / kuivausrumpu, ja se on loistava paikka siivota iltapäivän jälkeen rannalla. Aloita päiväsi ja nauti aamuauringossa klassisesta katetusta kuistilta, josta on näkymät järvelle ja ympäröiville kukkuloille. Takapihassa on 8 hengen kylpytynnyri, Weber-grilli, palokammio Adirondack-tuolilla ja ulkona oleva ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 6 paikkaa. Sekä etukuisti että takana oleva patio valaistaan merkkivaloilla illan ilmapiirin parantamiseksi.

Yläkerrassa (2 makuuhuonetta, kerrossänky)

Kaksi yläkerran makuuhuonetta on varustettu king-size-vuoteilla, taulu-älytelevisioilla ja täysikokoisella kylpyhuoneella. Kerrossänky on lasten paratiisi, jossa on kaksi räätälöityä sisäänrakennettua queen-size-vuodetta ja täysikokoinen vyöryvuode; sekä taulu-älytelevisio ja Xbox.


The Lakehouse -sivustolla voit nauttia ilmaisesta nopeasta internetistä, aurinkovarjoista, jäähdyttimestä, papulaukun heittämisestä, kelkuista, lautapeleistä, videopeleistä ja muista tarjolla olevista palveluista. Pysäköinti 3 ajoneuvolle tarjotaan.

Asunnonomistajan allergioiden takia koirat ja kissat eivät ole sallittuja Lakehousessa.


Näköalayhteisö kasvaa, ja loman aikana voi olla rakennustehtäviä. Rakennusajat vaihtelevat vuodenaikojen mukaan, mutta jäävät klo 7.00 a. m. - 6:00 p. m. arkisin ja klo 8.00 a. m. - 4:30 s. m. viikonloppuisin. Ota yhteyttä Lookout Cottage Rentalsiin milloin tahansa kysyttävää tai huolta. Huomaa: Viikonloppuisin kesäkuukausien aikana ei rakenneta.

We had 4 young children and it was nice to have 2 pools, waterfront, activities, etc. close by! There was something for everyone to enjoy. The lawn in front was a great addition and we enjoyed having the hot tub and grill available too.

It’s a great size for a family (we had 5 adults and 3 kids) each of the bedrooms are on suite except the bunk room. It was very close to the hilltop pool, the lookout where the music is on weekends, and where you pickup the RTV’s to take you to the beach. The house is very well equipped but could you a sheet pan and some chip clips. Overall a great stay.

The carts to get down to lake was a huge disappointment and very unprofessional. When weather required tents during the reception....I couldn't believe that a maintainence man told us as we were leaving to complete the reception at bride's home....Oh, we have heaters on the other sidee you could have used. How inconsiderate not to have offered this prior. Overall, the weddding was fantastic due to the work of the weddding party. Very disappointed with the properties staffing.

Family Trip

Good location at about 4-5 mins from state park on lake. It has 2 pool with a coffee place at the smaller pool. They hosted a movie night Saturday nights. The house in about 4 years old and in very good condition. Air conditioning works great. There was plenty of room for 6 of us and each room had a TV. A private hot tub was a plus and very clean. However, there are a few thing this place could earn it 5/5 stars instead of 4/5. The carpet is extremely thin which allows the tack nail to poke thru in places on the stairs and going from wood to carpet in the downstairs bedroom. The toilet paper and paper towel are extremely low quality. The bar soap was another issue - after first use it became soggy and soft. Lastly the 2 beds are needing replaced. The downstairs bed and 1 upstairs had major dip on one side making it difficult to sleep thru the night. For the price, I would expect better quality of products and bedding. Overall it was a good stay. There is a lot of staff onsite and easily accessible by phone should you have any questions or concerns.

Everything was very nice.Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to non-working hot tub for a portion of our stay and a parking space issue that caused damage to our vehicle. Both of these issues were responded to with prompt attention and compensation.We would happily stay at this house in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was not my favorite in all the houses I have rented. I would not recommend. We went with another family and we put the kids in the “bunk room” . This room has beds to sleep 5 people... the problem is, there is no common bathroom. So no where for the kids to get dressed or shower without having to go into the bedrooms of others. Not fun on a long stay.Secondly, there was no coffee, no foil to cook on, no ziplock baggie, no spices or salt and pepper nothing of help so that you did not need to pack your entire kitchen to survive. This was so disappointing. I have stayed in 6 houses other than this one and never had this happen. When you are paying summer prices these houses need to come with some simple ingredients to make our travels easier.As for The Lookout staff, they are amazing and the house was clean. Grill was clean. BBQ was clean. I hope this helps the next family that rents to know what to expect.

The front porch was wonderful for evenings and wine. An easy way to the pool with the swings as a quick diversion. The kitchen was one of the best well stocked I have seen with children’s ware. And the adults lack for nothing with all sorts of glasses and portable coffee and wine cups! This is the second time we have stayed there and highly recommend it !

We spent our mornings our back, afternoons out front and evenings in the hot tub. The house was in perfect condition and we would stay here again. It’s deceiving from the outside with its size. I loved that all 3 bedrooms (excluding the one with the 2 beds for kids) had king beds. That is perfect for couples and such a great feature. We are planning to return next year and will stay at this house.

The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you can possibly need to make a great meal for the family. The beds were so comfortable better than a 5 star hotel. The property location is perfect and the community has great amenities. We had a great stay and would recommend this vacation home and give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

This would be a great home for a family. Nice and clean and fully stocked with what you need!

The Lake House was Fabulous

We decided to get away for a winter weekend and had 4 adults and 3 teenagers staying here. The house was very well laid out and there was plenty of room for all of us. All the beds were comfy, which is sometimes not the case in VRBO's. We utilized the private tub outside the house and saw people cleaning it daily. The kids used the pool and walked around the grounds. There is a Winery, Vin du Lac, just a block away that has phenomenal wine and food, which was a nice treat. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!
