”Pros: The staff was very professional and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were clean. Cons: Marijuana smell in the hallway and inside the rooms through the bathroom vents. Worn out carpet in the common areas. No elevator. Limited breakfast - cereal and muffins only.”

”I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.”

”This is a an abomination. The hairdryer room didn’t work, and the desk could not seem to find one for us. There was junk dirt and filth in every single corner of the room. The bathroom has peeling paint. The shower curtain rod was falling off. Check-in was a relative who was about 14 years old and did not know what to do and it took us 40 minutes to get into our room. Do not stay here unless you want to catch a disease.”

”Hotel was outdated and in need of many repairs. There was a bad odor in hallways. Lots of permanent residents that live in hotel. No real amenities. The only plus was staff member Keke, she was amazing, super friendly and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make are stay as comfortable as possible. Very knowledgeable about the area.”

”During the visit, the property look good in the beginning, there were bugs coming out of the electricity sockets. Later that day when I ask the staff for another cloth and towel, he told me that there weren’t any more and that I would have to wait until morning. Not to mention, he made me sit there and wait for three minutes while he counted and recount his money, Will not be staying again.”

”Couldn’t use the gym. Walked in to notice a moldy bucket of water catching whatever was leaking from the ceiling. Entire property smelt like urine. Our bathroom door wouldn’t properly close and needed to be slammed closed in order for the lock to catch. The TV remote was busted and we couldn’t switch channels properly. The hallway carpets were stained and smelt. Bathrooms were out of date and the shower was starting to mold. The seat for the shower was rusted and looked like it was about to...

”We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back...

”The hotel was ok and in a good location. My major problem is being nickel and dimes for features that are free even in most economy hotels. They advertise breakfast is every morning from 8:30 - 10:30 AM but neglect to inform you of the hyper inflated cost. As an example; a cup of coffee that the front desk clerk pumped from a storage container was $4.50. Breakfast food was equally overpriced.”

”Booked a non smoking room but it was definitely smoked in. Ash trays on both sides of the bed. Wobbly desks and chairs. Shower curtain had red marks (not sure if it was blood residue or not), it was torn in multiple places. My clothes smelt like smoke for days even though I checked out same day. Pillows were not bed pillows but looked like couch decor pillows. Im still trying to get my refund but it is a NIGHTMARE!”
