Ideal for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a business trip, come and discover the Gîte de la Mélinière! Located in Saint-Georges-des-Gardes, 3km from the highest point in the department, your stay will be a source of peace and quiet in a small village of 15 inhabitants (or 5 households, as they say around here): two farms coexist here, both focused on dairy production. The owners, Stéphane, Valérie, and their three children live in the adjoining house.

For the 2026 All Saints' Day holiday, a free adult ticket to the Bioparc de Doué-en-Anjou is offered with the booking of a 7-night stay.

This detached cottage, offering complete privacy, comprises:

- A living room with lounge/dining area, TV, and decorative fireplace
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm x 190cm)
- A shower room
- Separate WC

Outside, an enclosed courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, and sun loungers allows you to enjoy sunny days! You'll also have the opportunity to try and tame the family's pony, Choupette, and three Ouessant sheep.

For any booking made during the All Saints' Day school holidays, one free adult ticket to the Bioparc de Doué en Anjou is included.

The gîte is also located 8 km from Chemillé-en-Anjou (capital of medicinal plants, with its theater, the beautiful Camifolia botanical garden and its various activities, its municipal swimming pool, and its cinema) and 17 km from Cholet (known as the handkerchief capital, offering numerous activities: water sports center, textile museums, Vendée War memorials, ice rink, swimming pool, bowling alley, go-karting, laser tag, etc.).
